~Darius's POV~
We returned to the villa before the sun rose. Abigail actually smiled at me and said, "Good morning," before telling me to loosen up when the doctor assured us she was fine.
She's already retired to the bathroom while I'm still trying to... well, loosen up.
I leave the room and head to Kalliope's, knocking softly. The door opens, and it's Andreas standing there, looking just as stiff as I did in the mirror earlier.
What the hell is he doing in Kalliope's room?
He gives me a weak smile, clearly caught off guard. I can't help but ask, "Are you two dating again?"
"What? No! Darius?!" Kalliope groans from inside the room, her voice full of embarrassment.
I walk past Andreas, who's now rolling his eyes and smiling faintly, and step inside. Kalliope's sitting on the bed, but she immediately stands when she sees me.
"You look terrible," she says.
"An exaggeration," Andreas mutters, giving her a side-eye. She returns the look before turning back to me.
