Chapter 22 – Clash of Earth and Sky (Part 2)
A drop of crimson fell, and the Supreme Form Fire Lingam mark erupted with dazzling light, illuminating the entire starry sea of the human world.
At that moment, it seemed as though a third sun had appeared in the Three Realms, leaving the gods in shock.
In the Heavenly Court, in Shanjian City, the imminent battle came to a brief pause. Both Earth Goddess Ximi and Sky God Daus turned their gazes toward the Water-Blue Planet.
Above the Milky Ocean, the Preserver God Vishnu and the Destroyer God Shiva, both in astral form, immediately returned their consciousness to their physical bodies.
They manifested towering projections and descended onto the Water-Blue Planet.
At the same time, the astral projection of Creator God Brahma appeared outside the Water-Blue Planet, but did not enter it.
This was because the planet was the discarded site of his head—a god-abandoned place, forsaken by Brahma, a place of evil, untouched by Brahma's blessing.
But just before the projections of the Trimurti descended, Fane had already fused with the fragment of consciousness and sensation, allowing Great Mercy Tree Sovereign Manlina to use her void authority to bring him away from the Water-Blue Planet.
"It is the power of Supreme Mental Karma."
Shiva's astral projection said reverently, bowing toward the dissipated Fire Lingam mark.
"The aura of Consciousness God Fane… he has appeared here. What has he done?"
Vishnu's projection said calmly.
"Consciousness God Fane is the first-born of Great Brahma of the Primordial Era. Though only a high god, he is blessed by Supreme Mental Karma; his future cannot be discerned."
"Return. Supreme Mental Karma is impartial and will not do anything to harm the Three Realms."
Shiva's projection gradually dissipated.
Vishnu strongly agreed with Shiva's words: Supreme Mental Karma is impartial and will never act with bias, for it is unconscious, infinite, existing beyond the mundane yet within the Three Realms, infinitely great.
Supreme Mental Karma truly is impartial.
And because of this, the barrier contained energy of unimaginable terror, capable of destroying a Primordial Elemental Main God.
The only way to break it was extremely difficult.
It required Great Mercy Tree Sovereign Manlina accompanying Fane; otherwise, the barrier was unsolvable—even the Trimurti could not break it.
(The Trimurti could break it, but doing so would violate the will of Supreme Mental Karma. If they did, they would cease to be the Trimurti. Thus, they could, yet could not.)
Standing outside the Water-Blue Planet, Creator God Brahma sensed the dissipation of Shiva and Vishnu's projections. He revealed a look of helplessness.
He wanted to enter to see what had occurred, yet did not wish to enter this place of evil.
"Filthy, evil ground… forever scorned by the gods."
Brahma cursed, then withdrew from the starry sky.
Yet, because of his words, the arrogant Brahma head within the great volcano began to undergo a transformation, seemingly evolving toward some form of life, absorbing the evil of the Water-Blue Planet and the resentment of gods.
Atop Mount Sumilu, the battle in Shanjian City finally erupted. The anomaly on the Water-Blue Planet did not quell the rage of the two Primordial Elemental Main Gods.
"Descendants of Dasa, fall back behind me!"
Bencai Celestial Maiden Sarosifadi shouted, summoning the Innate Artifact: Bead of Wonderful Thoughts.
This was Brahma's original creation artifact, one of the twelve innate artifacts crafted by the cosmic artisan Deva, possessing limitless power.
Immediately, all descendants of Dasa fled behind her, standing atop white lotuses, another innate artifact.
The blessed lotus was also crafted by Deva and granted to Brahma by Supreme Mental Karma.
These two innate artifacts were enough for Bencai Celestial Maiden to contend with the Primordial Elemental Main Gods, showing how much the great Brahma valued his daughter… or wife.

Earth Goddess Ximi's golden great axe collided with Sky God Daus' Heaven-Supporting Spear.
The terrifying shockwaves swept across the natural elemental gods.
"Stars shine, divine radiance protect!"
Sun God Saknas and Star God Sakhahman combined to form a stellar array, shielding the natural elemental gods.
Yet it was too late.
Under the residual force of the Primordial Elemental Main Gods' clash, over ten high gods were instantly obliterated, returning to the embrace of Great Brahma.
Ten moments later, Shanjian City had become a wasteland, space fractured, and uncontrollable earth, fire, wind, and water surged forth, devouring all.
Sky God Daus, witnessing the devastation, revealed battle form, his eyes bloodshot with fury.
Towering body, eight eyes, four arms; the diagonal tiger-hide covered the Lingam. His extra three hands wielded divine pot, royal scepter, and king's seal.
Though postnatal artifacts, long cultivation by Sky God Daus had transformed them into powerful main artifacts.
"Do you truly wish to die fighting me? You think I fear you?"
Sky God Daus' eight eyes glared with ferocious divine light.
"Ximi, retreat now, seal yourself in Miaozhen Palace. I can forgive your ignorant provocations."
Earth Goddess Ximi said nothing, responding instead with ferocious attacks.
Her black hammer and golden great axe were both beautiful and devastating.
Suddenly, Ximi's divine whip struck toward Daus. He instinctively blocked with the king's scepter, but the whip, being flexible, wrapped three times around it, and the golden tip pierced one of his eyes.
(Henceforth, the first-generation Sky God Daus was also called the Seven-Eyed King God.)
"Ah~"
"Despicable Ximi, you will pay!"
Sky God Daus roared in pain, fury igniting.
Next, the divine pot in Daus' hand poured out endless black water, forming a flood that surged toward Ximi.

Earth Goddess Ximi would not die, but her origin would be tainted by the Life Divine Pot, forcing her to remain in Miaozhen Palace to recover and resist its corrupting divine power.
