Belial and Juggler also stood up, watching the scene in confusion.

At that time, Yu Zhou merged himself with the fluctuations of dreams, blending dream and reality together to defeat that monster.

With a ghostly shriek, Greeza fired multiple streaks of purple lightning at Yu Zhou. At the same time, it summoned four dark-purple energy spheres that launched four whips of light toward him.
Yu Zhou responded by releasing a golden light sphere, from which countless light blades shot out to counter Greeza's attacks.
Then he pulled both arms back, preparing to unleash the Zeperion Ray.

"Geed — he's still inside Greeza!"
Belial pointed toward Greeza's chest.

He had almost forgotten about that brat Geed.
"Is there any way to rescue him, senpai?"
Z asked, at a loss.
Yu Zhou glanced at him and thought briefly before saying:
"Z, Haruki — use the medals of Zero, Geed, and Belial."
In the original storyline, it was Z's Delta Rise Claw form that pulled Geed out of Greeza's body. Yu Zhou didn't know how to do it himself, so he could only hope Z could manage.
"Got it!"
Z nodded and prepared to begin Fusion Rise.
At that moment, Greeza transformed into a giant spiked sphere and floated motionlessly in the sky.
"Huh?"
Z paused, looking between the spiked sphere and Yu Zhou, unsure whether he should continue.
"It's fine. Go ahead," Yu Zhou waved.
Greeza was likely digesting Geed's body to absorb his abilities. If necessary, Yu Zhou could attack and force it back — there was no need to worry.
"Haruki, let's go!"

Working together, Haruki took out the three medals. A brilliant light shone from them.

Haruki nodded and pushed the Belial Atrocious medal into the third slot.
Suddenly, purple-black arcs of lightning burst from the medal, generating a powerful repelling force that prevented it from being inserted.
"What's happening?!"
Haruki had never seen anything like this.
Z grew anxious as well.
Belial, who had been waiting nearby, sensed something and looked toward them.
"So… they're trying to use my former dark power."
Memories of being possessed by Reiblood flashed through his mind.
"Belial-senpai, please lend me your power!"
Z shouted.
"Go ahead and use it."
Belial waved dismissively.
The energy inside the medal had merely been extracted from Geed's body. Though it carried his old genes, it had little to do with his current self.
If one sentence from him could allow Z to use the medal's power, he had no objection.
The moment Belial finished speaking, the lightning arcs vanished. The repelling force disappeared, and with a click, Haruki inserted the medal successfully.
"It worked!"
Overjoyed, Haruki raised the Z Riser high and pulled the trigger.
"Shout my name!"
"Z!"
Delta Rise Claw appeared. Z transformed into a new form.
"Go, Z."
Yu Zhou stepped aside and fired a light blade at the spiked sphere.
Under the impact, the sphere twisted and reverted back to Greeza's original form.
"Osu!"
Z and Haruki nodded at Yu Zhou and charged forward, the Z Riser materializing in Z's hand.
As he rushed ahead, Z transformed into a golden storm and engulfed Greeza.
This time, empowered by the extraordinary force of Delta Rise Claw, the attack successfully struck Greeza.
Within the golden tempest, Geed's body was torn free from Greeza and fell to the ground.
"Are you alright, Geed?!"
Belial hurried over and helped him up.
"I'm fine, Father!"
Geed looked toward Greeza, still being battered by Z.
"Inside its body… I saw something."
