That damned Chern alien actually used a video game…
to create a counterfeit Ultraman Tiga.
"Tch."
Dyna was still straddling the monster, slamming his fists into it over and over again.
Behind him, the fake Tiga let out a battle cry, drawing his attention.
"Eh?"
Asuka turned around, momentarily surprised.
"Senior Yu Zhou? Or… Daigo-senpai?"
But the fake Tiga didn't respond.
Instead, it lunged forward, landing an uppercut straight to Asuka's jaw.
"Urgh—!"
Completely caught off guard, Asuka was sent flying through the air before crashing hard into a nearby building.
Dazed, he stumbled back to his feet and stared at the impostor.
"Senpai, you—?!!"
But as he steadied himself, the truth clicked in his mind.
"You're not him! Who the hell are you?!"
The fake Tiga, of course, didn't answer.
It mimicked Tiga's battle stance and rushed toward Dyna again.
Meanwhile, the monster Asuka had just beaten down also rose from the rubble, roaring as it charged at him.
Within moments, Dyna was being attacked from both sides—overwhelmed and battered.
It wasn't just a disadvantage…
he was getting absolutely pummelled.
Watching the chaotic scene from the office window, Yu Zhou couldn't just stand by any longer.
He reached into his jacket and pulled out the Sparklence, ready to transform and assist Asuka—
—but before he could, an invisible shockwave struck his hand, knocking the Sparklence to the ground.
"Heheheheheheh… You want to save Dyna? Too bad. You'll just have to watch him die!"
The Chern alien burst into wild laughter.
He knew enough about Ultramen to understand:
without their transformation devices, they were helpless humans.
"Oh?"
Yu Zhou didn't even flinch at the taunt.
Calmly, he reached into his coat again—this time taking out a black crystal rod.
He pressed it against his chest and activated it.
"What—?!"
The Chern alien's eyes went wide with disbelief.
Before him, a flash of dark light engulfed Yu Zhou's body.
A blue timer formed on his chest.
Silver lines extended across his shoulders and down his arms, merging into black armour-like patterns.
In seconds, Dark Ultraman Tiga stood before him.
"D-Dark… Tiga?!"
The Chern alien was completely stunned.
He had assumed that knocking away Yu Zhou's device would render him powerless.
He never imagined that Yu Zhou could still transform—into the dark version of Tiga himself.
"With your strength, you think you can conquer Earth?"
Yu Zhou took a slow, deliberate step forward, his deep voice echoing through the room.
"You think you're stronger than the evil god I defeated?"
The Chern alien froze.
He had indeed witnessed Ythogtha, the Dominator, when it appeared on Earth.
After all, he had already been developing his monster-fighting game back then.
When Ythogtha emerged, the entire world had seen it—of course he knew what it was.
What Yu Zhou couldn't understand was…
why did these aliens always cling to the same ridiculous dream of "conquering Earth"?
Was there some kind of galactic bounty for it?
"Hey," Yu Zhou asked with a straight face, "is there a reward out there in space for conquering Earth or something? Is that why you idiots keep trying?"
"Wh—what reward?! I don't know anything about that!"
The Chern alien stammered, backing away, clearly terrified by the dark giant's approach.
"Well then," Yu Zhou said coolly, "you can ascend now."
Without hesitation, a black beam burst from his hand—
piercing the alien's chest and exploding in a burst of static.
"Zzzzz…"
The Chern alien stared down at his smoking chest in disbelief—
and then, with a sharp crack, his body dissolved into particles of light, vanishing completely.
Bang!
The office door suddenly burst open.
Another alien—nearly identical to the first—stormed in.
This one radiated brute strength rather than intellect.
It was the power-type Chern alien.
"You killed him!"
The creature's voice trembled with fury as it charged at Yu Zhou.
Dark Zeperion Beam!
Yu Zhou didn't even bother with words.
He crouched slightly, then unleashed a compressed black energy beam—
no charge, no warning.
Boom!
The beam struck the Chern alien dead-on, blowing him backward into the office desk.
Black lightning arced across his body.
The alien tried to speak—but his form shattered before he could utter a word, disintegrating into smoke and dust.
Ding… ding… ding…
The colour timer on Yu Zhou's chest began flashing red.
Even in his Dark Tiga form, and despite having absorbed Ythogtha's dark energy, his power reserves were still limited.
Releasing his transformation, Yu Zhou returned to human form.
He picked up the fallen Sparklence and walked to the window.
Outside, Dyna was still being beaten mercilessly by the fake Tiga and the rampaging monster.
His own colour timer was flashing red now too.
Both enemies' eyes had turned blood-red—just as the Chern alien had warned.
It seemed that killing the intelligence-type alien really had triggered their berserk state.
And then, the sky began to twist.
A massive vortex of swirling red and black light appeared above the city, rumbling with thunder—
as if something colossal was about to emerge.
Asuka noticed it even while fighting.
He felt an ominous chill run through him but couldn't break free from the double assault.
Yu Zhou's eyes narrowed as he looked up.
Through the storm, a titanic shadow descended from the vortex.
When it finally landed with a crash, his expression hardened.
"It's… the Five Kings—the monster Charija created!"
The monstrous fusion beast, composed of parts from countless creatures, roared across the battlefield.
Yu Zhou immediately recognized it as the same "Five Kings" Charija had designed within his game.
He slapped his forehead.
Of course—if the Chern alien could extract data to create fake Tiga and that earlier monster,
then of course he'd use the Five Kings data as well.
"How could I not have seen this coming?"
Still, a faint smile tugged at his lips.
"Well… that's fine too. Let's give Charija his creation back."
Holding the Sparklence firmly, Yu Zhou raised it high and pressed the transformation trigger.
Light engulfed him once again.
