Confused, Dyna looked at the halted light spheres in the sky.
Yu Zhou floated in the air, observing the spheres circling above. After a moment, he beckoned with his finger, signalling the spheres to come to him.
The spheres seemed to understand and surged into Yu Zhou's body all at once.
Already shining, Yu Zhou now absorbed this additional light energy. His Shining Power overflowed, coursing through his limbs and body, storing this renewed energy within him.
After the Shining Force from the ultra-ancient giants at the R'lyeh Ruins, Yu Zhou's body had effectively become a container capable of storing Shining Power.
"Ah… this feels great."
Feeling the renewed Shining Power stored within him, Yu Zhou was elated. This time, his power wasn't truly expended—what he had used was replenished, effectively making it free.
Once his body was fully charged, the appearance of the spheres didn't end there.
Since this battle of the apocalypse was broadcast live worldwide, there were far more humans generating Hope Light than during the appearance of Gatanozoa.
Streams of light came from every corner of the sky.
Yu Zhou was already fully charged, unable to store more.
The extra streams, sensing this, headed toward Dyna and Camearra instead.
In an instant, Dyna and Camearra began to glow brightly. Not only did their bodies shine, but they also grew larger.
Dyna shone.
Camearra shone.
But the streams kept coming. Yu Zhou then pointed toward Daigo and the others riding on Zoigers.
The light streams followed his direction, rushing to them.
In a blinding burst of light, the four giants reappeared:

Back in front of Ythogtha, the Ultramen were no longer mere "ants."
Empowered with Shining Force, their heights matched Ythogtha. Now, it was an equal battle.

Ythogtha was shocked.
Roaring in disbelief, its mind seemed like ten thousand alpacas running amok.
The battle that seemed already won… had been revived right before its eyes?
And now, these creatures had grown from despised "ants" to towering figures, radiating the light energy it despised.
Suddenly, massive tentacles shot out of the water. Ythogtha intended to sneak attack one or two of the light giants.
Yu Zhou reacted instantly, rushing toward the tentacle and grasping it.
With a flash of electricity, he swung it like a blade.
Slash!
Sparks flew. The tentacle snapped in his hand, sizzling where it broke.
Yu Zhou threw the severed tentacle into the ocean.
Ythogtha let out a roar that seemed to sarcastically greet Yu Zhou's family.
"Someone's cursing at me," Yu Zhou muttered, suppressing a sneeze in his transformed state.
Gripping a light sphere, Yu Zhou charged at Ythogtha.
The other Ultramen surged forward as well, beating on Ythogtha together.
United assault is justice.
Head, arms, legs, back, chest, underbelly—Ythogtha could not withstand it. Black mist emerged from its body but was dispelled completely by the light.
Unable to cope, Ythogtha swayed and emitted numerous purple beams from multiple points.
These beams were weaker than the previous black light but came in overwhelming numbers. Though individually less harmful, getting hit still hurt.
Snap!
Yu Zhou did not deploy an Ultra shield, letting the beams strike him directly.
Yet, he remained unharmed.
Golden light enveloped him, rendering him immune to the purple beams.
Shining Ring Shield!
With Ythogtha's assault over, the Ultramen closed in again, raining punches and kicks on the evil god.
Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam!
Sparks erupted from Ythogtha's body. After a kick to its underbelly, it could no longer withstand the assault and collapsed into the sea.
"That's enough."
Seeing Ythogtha smoke and weaken, Yu Zhou knew it was time to end the battle.
He led the team to create some distance. As Ythogtha rose from the water, it began charging a beam.
"Senpai, why do we pull back before firing our beams?" Dyna asked suddenly.
Yu Zhou: "…"
"If you want a monster to splatter blood and debris on your face, you can just walk up and fire," Yu Zhou said seriously.
Dyna: "…"
"…Never mind."
Even Daigo and Cain nodded silently. It made sense.
Ythogtha rose, still smoking from the sea, and let out a roar of infinite fury toward the seven Ultramen.
Then it leaned back, firing a black beam streaked with purple lightning.
Yu Zhou and the others, fully charged, released their finishing beams.
Seven golden beams converged mid-air, forming a waterfall of light.
With a whoosh, the combined light consumed Ythogtha's black beam, striking its body.
Boom!!!
The explosion echoed through the sky, waves crashing violently, sending seawater flying in all directions.
In Ythogtha's final roar, darkness was completely erased.
