Yu Zhou stood calmly in place. Energy waves rippled across his body but didn't harm him in the slightest.
Zero, still in Leito's body, didn't dare to take the attack head-on. He quickly crossed his arms in front of him, a faint light flickering to form a shield that absorbed the incoming blast.
The moment the wave passed, Yu Zhou retaliated—his hand snapping forward, launching a sharp beam of light straight at Fukuide Kei.
Kei flipped backward in a neat roll, narrowly evading the strike.
Leito, under Zero's possession, hesitated for only a moment before pulling out the familiar silver device. He placed the Zero Eye on his face and pressed the transformation button.
In a surge of light, Leito's human form gave way to a shining warrior—Ultraman Zero, scaled to human size.
"Come on then!" Zero beckoned with a curl of his finger.
"Hmph."
Fukuide Kei's cold snort carried both arrogance and disdain. As a Sturm Alien, he knew full well he wasn't born for direct combat. His real strength came from the dark gifts granted by Lord Belial.
"If I finish you two here, Lord Belial will be most pleased."
With a mocking smile, Kei pulled out the Fusion Rise Device and slid a capsule into it—Gomora's.
A surge of green light burst forth, crashing to the ground and manifesting into the colossal monster, Gomora.
"He can… create monster capsules? And even summon the monsters directly from them?!" Zero's eyes widened in shock.
Yu Zhou had told him before—Fukuide Kei had stolen the Ultra Capsules and the Fusion Rise Device. But to think Kei and Belial had gone further, creating monster capsules as well…
"And that's not all."
Kei's smirk twisted into something wicked. He inserted another capsule—Red King's. In a flash of crimson light, the mighty beast materialized beside Gomora, roaring as it shook the ground.
Then Kei activated two more capsules. To his left rose the phantom of Eleking. To his right, the specter of Ace Killer. His own body warped, dark energy cloaking him until his silhouette became Belial's. He fused with the phantoms in a surge of unholy power.
Before Yu Zhou and Zero now stood a new horror—an abomination combining Eleking's and Ace Killer's traits, a towering Belial Fusion Beast. Its sheer bulk shattered the narrow alley apart as it emerged.
Behind it, Gomora and Red King rampaged forward, their colossal forms trampling buildings without pause as they bore down on Yu Zhou and Zero.
"Let's do this!"
Yu Zhou and Zero exchanged a firm nod before their bodies flared with light, growing until two giants stood against three monsters.
Zero charged the newly formed fusion beast, while Yu Zhou faced off against Gomora and Red King together.
Meanwhile, inside Nebula Lodge, Lemu's yellow orb blinked with urgency as it delivered its report to Laiha.
"In Himuro District SA, three monsters have appeared. Ultraman Zero and Ultraman Tiga are engaging them."
"Zero and Tiga?!" Laiha froze, surprised. "Didn't Zero just leave with Yu Zhou, saying he had urgent business? Then why are both of them showing up now…?"
Three monsters at once… with only two Ultras, would it be enough?
Her mind raced. She quickly dialed Asakura Riku's number.
"Hello? Laiha? I'm in the middle of Leito's training! What's wrong?"
Riku's voice crackled through the line.
"Riku, three monsters are wreaking havoc. Zero and Tiga are already fighting them, but two Ultras may not be enough. Will you go help?"
"Got it. I'll be there right away!"
Riku's voice was urgent. He hung up, clutched his Fusion Rise Device tightly, asked Lemu for the exact location, and sprinted out the door.
Back on the battlefield, Yu Zhou faced Gomora and Red King head-on without a trace of panic. Compared to the Super Galaxy Legend battle, where he'd witnessed hundreds of monsters at once, two beasts were hardly worth fear.
Gomora charged first, tearing up the street beneath its feet as it lowered its horn for a crushing headbutt.
Yu Zhou met the charge calmly. He rushed forward, seizing Gomora by the head and halting the monster's momentum with sheer force.
But Red King was already swinging a massive fist down at him.
"Catch your friend instead!" Yu Zhou quipped, sidestepping at the last instant and shoving Gomora into Red King's path.
Bang!
Red King's colossal fist smashed directly into Gomora's horn. The impact sent Gomora crashing to the ground, while even Red King staggered in pain from the collision.
Yu Zhou wasted no time. He leapt onto Gomora's chest and began hammering the monster's face with a barrage of fists.
"Houahh!"
Red King roared, furious at the sight. It charged again, swinging another punch straight at Yu Zhou.
"Hm? You want some too?" Yu Zhou glanced back mid-swing. "Fine, it's all yours."
He sprang off Gomora, leaving Red King's punch to land squarely—if only it hadn't. Yu Zhou shot skyward in a flash, and Red King's fist smashed nothing but air. The giant stumbled, nearly toppling over.
Both Red King and Gomora glared upward, bellowing at the Ultraman hovering above.
"Wait a second…" Yu Zhou realized, tilting his head. "Neither of you can fly, can you?"
That gave him an idea. But his grin froze when he saw Gomora charging energy at its horn, preparing a Super Oscillation Wave. At the same time, flames built in Red King's maw, ready to fire explosive Rock Bullets.
"Ultraman Barrier!"
Yu Zhou spread his arms, forming a shimmering multicolored shield before him.
The dual attacks struck instantly—oscillating shockwaves and burning boulders slamming into the barrier. Gomora's beam was completely nullified, while Red King's barrage forced cracks into the shield before bursting through.
Yu Zhou quickly dismissed the fading shield and dodged, weaving between the flaming projectiles as they detonated across the battlefield.
"Too close…" he muttered, landing lightly before crossing his arms over his forehead. He slid them downward, his form shifting into the silver-and-violet Sky Type.
Now his speed skyrocketed. Even if the monsters fired their strongest attacks, he could evade with ease.
"Time to return the favor."
Twin cold beams shot from his hands, striking the monsters squarely. Frost spread across their bodies, slowing their movements. Though not frozen solid, Gomora and Red King's pace faltered.
Yu Zhou descended, shifting again into the silver-and-red Power Type.
He drove a single heavy punch into Red King's chest.
Boom!
Even the "monster with arms strong enough to tear apart the cosmos" crumpled under the strike, collapsing to the ground.
Yu Zhou followed with a spinning kick, slamming into Gomora's side and sending it crashing into a distant building. The structure collapsed instantly under the monster's weight, debris scattering everywhere.
"Uh…" Yu Zhou winced, scratching his head. He'd pulled a stunt not unlike Riku's blunders, knocking a monster straight into civilian housing.
But there was no time to dwell on mistakes. Defeating the monsters came first.
On the other side, Zero was locked in fierce combat with Kei's Belial Fusion Beast.
This new form was called the Lightning Executioner—a fusion of Eleking and Ace Killer. It wielded not only high-voltage electrical strikes, but also the terrifying ability to absorb beam attacks and send them back multiplied.
Yu Zhou watched grimly.
"That beast's absorption ability… it's way stronger than Gomora's."
Gomora absorbed light to refuel itself. But this monster? It absorbed light and returned it—doubling the danger.
