The ranks of Whitebeard's allied shinobi shouted in disbelief.
But Marco, the Phoenix of the First Division, narrowed his eyes. His expression turned grim.
"No… it's not like her," he murmured. "He reminds me more of that guy."
"Marco, who?" asked Jozu, gripping his crystalline fists.
"The Flame Calamity — the Beast Division's Ember," Marco said darkly. "The black wings, the fire behind his back, and that ridiculous durability — it's just like him."
"Wait, you're right!" Koala gasped.
"Those wings and that fire—it's exactly the same!" Sabo agreed, nodding sharply.
Nearby, Robin, Nami, and the other Fairy Tail kunoichi exchanged uneasy glances.
Those who had fought at Onigashima Fortress knew that name all too well — the Flame Calamity, Ember, one of the most fearsome commanders under Kaido.
Robin's brow furrowed, her mind racing.
Is he really… one of Vegapunk's biological clones?
But a sharper thought cut through her curiosity, her gaze locking on the strange boy's palm.
She wasn't the only one who noticed.
The moment S-Bear spread his wings and revealed the glowing mark of a bear's paw on his hand, gasps rippled across the entire battlefield.
"Hey, no way… this has to be a joke!"

A Marine commander shouted in disbelief.

Another voice echoed from the Marine lines.

Even from the shadows at the edge of the battlefield, Blackbeard Teach let out a booming laugh.
"Thief–hahaha! So this is one of Vegapunk's masterpieces! The power of science truly knows no bounds!"
His crew stood nearby, equally stunned.
Lafitte, the "Demon Sheriff," murmured, his voice full of disbelief.
"That scientist, Vegapunk… can even reproduce abilities now? Even Devil Fruits? That's beyond unfair."
Burgess, the champion fighter, scratched his head and said dreamily,
"Then why bother fighting here? If we capture Vegapunk, we could use any ability we want!"
Avalo Pizarro, the Evil King, snorted.
"Don't be an idiot. Vegapunk isn't a god. There must be limits — even to copying Devil Fruits."
Crescent Moon Hunter Catarina Devon smiled sharply, her voice dripping with excitement.
"Heh… limits or not, this battle just got a lot more interesting. Even if nothing else comes of it, watching this makes the trip worth it."
Then Shiryu, the cold-eyed former guard of Impel Down, turned his gaze toward the second battlefield.
"There were two who descended earlier," he muttered. "If that child was one of them… then who's the other?"
His question hung in the air—
Until the dust cleared.
The second figure finally stepped into view.
And in an instant, the field erupted once more into chaos.
"What the—?!"
"Wait, that's… that's Mihawk's son?!"
The crowd exploded in astonishment.
The new arrival stood tall, his dark coat fluttering, eyes cold and sharp as blades.
The resemblance to the greatest swordsman in the world was undeniable.
A hush fell over the battlefield.
Even the roaring cannons and explosions seemed to fade for a heartbeat.
