Chapter 1 - The scarred

A popular streamer, a high school girl, was napping at her desk, dreaming about the past, a blush creeping onto her face as she thought of someone.

But the dream instantly turned into a nightmare. "Where are you?" she murmured to herself.

Class began, but the worry she felt persisted, even though the feeling was almost half a year old.

The bell rang, and a car waited for her outside. The butler opened the door, bowing his head. "Hello, Miss Yura."

Yura got into the car, saying, "Let's get home quickly, Nathan." While driving, Nathan noticed her cold stare and explained that what happened before was a misunderstanding and that her father was genuinely sorry and helping with the search.

It turned out Nathan was one of the reasons for her worry, and her own father was involved in the incident six months ago. Night fell, and Yura started her stream. She was a girl who grew up in a wealthy family, streaming every day, not to gain popularity or wealth, but to find someone.

After the stream, where she updated her viewers on her daily life, she reflected on how her live streaming journey began. Initially, she had fewer than ten viewers until one recognized her as the daughter of the wealthy Ganas family. They asked her why she was spending her time streaming when her family was so rich.

She answered with tears in her eyes, explaining that she was looking for someone. She began telling her story, which captivated everyone, and they started supporting her after hearing it.

Before going to bed, she studied to maintain her reputation as the daughter of Carl Ganas, one of the richest men in the country and a brilliant person who conquered the business world in just five years.

Night passed, and a new day at school began. It was a normal day for Yura, but not for destiny. Before class started, their teacher brought someone into the class. Yura wasn't paying attention and missed the student's name.

Then, the teacher pointed to the chair next to Yura and said, "She will be your guide; if you want to know anything, just ask her." The teacher had a reason for doing this; the new student's appearance might make it hard for them to connect with others. Yura imagined the other students' looks of disgust toward their new classmate.

Yura then paid attention to her new seatmate and realized his body was covered in scars, just like in her memories of the past.

She looked at him with wide eyes, her heart beating fast, and asked, "H... how are you?"
