He chuckled, then he stepped closer and tugged the sandals out of my hand. "Let's take a walk." I hesitated. Before I knew his real identity, I'd worked up a number of erotic fantasies with him as the star. But now, I was feeling ashamed of those
fantasies.
This was Lily's family now and, let's not forget, Mac was one of the billionaire Garnet brothers. Why he was bothering with me made no sense.
Anyway. I meant to say, "No, I've embarrassed myself enough," but instead "Okay," popped out of my mouth. I held out my hand for the shoes but Mac transferred them to his other hand and looped his fingers around mine.
