AURORA MOON
Aurora only noticed Ivy Crane and Aiden Cross sitting across the aisle after Ivy recklessly bid on a diamond necklace once worn by British royalty. She paid a few million dollars more than it was worth, probably for the bragging rights. Aiden's expression was one of indulgence, but his smile stretched his lips a little too thin.
He was annoyed.
Aurora hid her mouth behind her hand and giggled. Kellan's gaze flicked to Ivy and Aiden and then to her. "What's funny?" he asked.
"Ivy spending Aiden's money. He probably hates it."
Kellan took her chin and turned her face in his direction. "Do you still care about Aiden?"
"I want to set him on fire."
"You don't need to dirty your hands," he said, drawing her closer. "If you want Aiden to disappear, I'll make sure no one ever sees him again."
"Really?" She closed the small gap between and kissed him lightly. "You're the best."
