The crowd erupted not in cheers but in whispers and aughter and scorn some pitied him but still the sounds of mockery was ingrained into his consciousness he walked back to his seat in which he expected to gain sympathy from his friend but all he got was a dismissive wave and a disdainful look as marcus went to find another seat because as he told jake he did not want to be associated with failure the rest of the ceremony was a blur of pain and grief he barely noticed as the officiator closed with grand words about the sacred duty to serve mankind when it was over the initiates stepped out surrounded by family and friend he had no one the rain haddent stopped when his flash back ended it soaked his already ruined clothes and plastered his white hair to his handsome face he hade white hair blue eyes a well sculpted face and stood 186 cm high but today he felt small in stature he wandered aimlessly through the lower streets of solaria where neon lights flickered and steam rose from the grates.
