This guy is so happy to be working in a field like this, good for him I guess. At least I don't have to worry about paying for any of this.
I don't understand why he'd ask me about being able to afford the arm if he was just going to give me a freebie anyway. Maybe it was just to see if I had the money for it regardless.
My money is a bit tight but I would've given everything I had to get it done so that I'm able to get stronger.
"I appreciate the freebie Junji. I'll be heading off for the time being." I responded while standing up from the table.
The pain was still going throughout my arm and even in my head a bit, but this wasn't enough for me to lay around. It'll probably subside more as the meds kick in.
"This will also help with that chip of yours." Junji said as he hands me a mask.
I took a second to look at the mask, a black and purple oni mask. It feels odd that he'd give me this after the surgery was done.
