It was her...he really got a picture of my mother. My chest felt tight and the tears started to pour before I realised it. I remember how desperately I had tried to get that photograph of my mother.
He has gotten one. I didn't understand how, but all I could think of at that moment was a hug. To show him how grateful I was. In the spur of the moment I had pecked him on his cheek
It wasn't anything big, just an innocent peck. Lucien's body grew rigid and he had grabbed my hair. "Forgive me," he muttered. I blinked innocently, still at a loss and dazed in my emotions, but he brought my brain to a screeching halt when his lips slammed against mine.
I didn't know how to react because his scorching lips had left me brain-fried. Lucien pushed me against the counter, his body looming above me as his lips dominated me in a way that left me breathless
