Sylus was in a deep sleep, the energy from another piller has mixed with his and disruptted his own energy flow, he's now unconscious till his body has regain the rhythm of his energy flow that won't take long .
Damian and Asta place him gently on his bed they both sat on the floor beside his bed staring intensely at his face like nightmare demons,
"You are aware of what I am obliged to do."
Damian said
" no you can't"
" little brother, please. My foremost concern is our master's wellbeing. Why would you wish to bring him distress? He is your master as well,... is he not?" Damian said sarcastically.
Asta shot him a glare,
" what you want to do is to pour your energy inside him so his body can register and recognize you as he sin too" Asta spoke.
"And to ensure that nothing of this sort" he points at Sylus "ever befalls our master."
" you do know by doing that he becomes officially your master, the half bond becomes full with no turning back" Asta said.
"Yes, I know. I desire to be his sin as well. I already hold him in great affection… and I wish to call him Master" he beamed like a girl.
" you're not listening if he need to get to Albatrou he would have to absorb both of us it will kill him"
"Oh, dear brother… " Damian got up and whisk The Sinbound Chronicles out of thin air
"fragments of my energy dwell within him because of you. It is only fair that he should be mine as well" he opened to a page in the book.
" This page states that if a sin is two-in-one, it may be absorbed by a person without harm but not consecutively, one after another"
" which means...? He looked slowy from the book to the Asta.
" I have to absolved you like how it was when he tamed me long ago " Asta tilted his head .
"Precisely" he shut the book.
" why do you have that"
" oh this " he pointed at the book in his hands before it disappeared.
" yeah that..... I thought the guy in black took it"
" I'm sorry, who? "
" you don't know him? I thought you were working together?... What's his name again... something similar to Asha"
"Aspen?" Damian said more to himself then Asta.
" yeah that guy, you know him"
" Are his features similar to Lady Asha?"
"Yeah ,you know him why the obvious questions" Asta was getting frustrated.
Damian's face darkened.
"it appears Aspen has come into possession of the book, but how, this development was not expected for several months."
" you can see into the future " Asta asked although he knows the answer himself.

He looks downwards
"The volume in my possession originates from years yet to come. Should Aspen possess one as well, it is likely derived from the era you would refer to as the present."
" all what you're trying to say with your fancy words is that the one you have is from the future and the one Aspen has is likely stolen from this present " Asta said in a lazy way.
" I'm afraid that correct "
" !Speak like a fucking human you matherfucker!" Asta yelled. Honestly this whole language thing is driving him insane
"If my manner of speech displeases you, I must kindly suggest you address the matter with my master."
Asta rolled his eyes soo hard it gave him a headache." who is this Aspen guy"
"The time for you to learn that has not yet arrived. I must ask that you remain patient."
" okay.... how did you get the book then, you were sealed inside me for thousands of years, and I know you stole it, Asha won't let you have it, you of all people " Asta follow Damian out the room and closed the door behind them.
" the book you're holding contains many forbidden spirits what's are you gonna use it for "
Damian stopped in his trucks, slowly turning around to look at Asta standing at the top of the stairs,
"My dear younger brother, of all people, you know my capabilities best. If anyone were to doubt me, I hardly anticipated it would be you. Have you, perchance, forgotten what I am?"
The rooms temperature dropped to negative in seconds.
Asta met his gaze," again I am not your brother " he spoke slowly with a straight face.
Asta stood in his wolf size with pure greed leaking out of his flesh, his eyes glowed deep green.
"Years have passed, and still you covet my powers. Your greed is, in its own way, quite exquisite… a sentiment I almost wish I could experience myself." Damian smiled knowing every well how much Asta wants to devour his powers. This takes him back to the day they fought.
He didn't hold back either, golden and green energy filled the room but didn't dear to mix , they both know what they want from the other.
Some of the forbidden rules in The Sinbound Chronicles is that when a person manages to tame two sins the second sin to be tamed becomes the subordinate of the first sin and follows the orders of the first tamed sin if the master isn't around.
'Asta will definitely asked Damien to give him him powers if he knew this'
The thought of that made Damian smile cause there is a loophole is their situation, you see; when he and Asta split, so did the bond with their master making the process incomplete, the dangerous part has already been done when Sylus tamed Asta now for the official bond, if Damian pours his energy into Sylus and gets recognized as his sin then he would be the first to be tamed and he would absolve Asta if he wanted to not the other way round.
Of course Asta doesn't know anything about it, he's just a loyal bog who questions nothing and knows only wanting everything to himself. Aren't all the sins like that.
The seven sins are just negative emotions taken the form of many creatures.
Greed – intense desire for wealth and possessions.
Pride – excessive self-esteem and arrogance.
Lust – intense or uncontrolled desire, always sexual.
Envy – jealousy toward others' traits, status and possessions.
Gluttony – overindulgence, especially food
Wrath – extreme anger and vengeance. Sloth – laziness and avoidance of responsibility.
That's why Damian is an error,
And error in the system of sins, while sins are negative emotions, he ; Damian the sin of Apathy is made up of zero negative emotions, some believes he feels no emotions at all.
He does fell bonds,contracts and connections but that's all, and if a sin is a negative emotions the Damian isn't supposed to be a sin at all.
He laughed to himself as old times filled his mind, when those old people form Albatrou sat to decide what he was as if he was a product on the market. Of course that was many many years ago.
"Inform me the moment the master awakens. I shall be in the kitchen preparing something for him to eat, since it appears his hunger has escaped your notice."he left Asta alone and walked to the kitchen only stopping half way.
"Additionally, once the master awakens, I shall speak with him and complete the bonding process immediately after he has eaten. I trust you will grant us privacy when the time comes." he added and felt.
Asta stood there wondering why this phyco couldn't speak like a normal person for one.
