Chapter 62 - Prom knight pt2.

Once I finally reached the venue where they were hosting the event, I looked for the usual spot where Goldship would sleep while he waited for me to come back.

He usually starts trouble whenever he's surrounded by other vehicles or animals, so I usually leave him completely alone to avoid these problems.

Though he still tends to cause problems even when he's left alone — like digging random holes everywhere and sleeping inside them.

When I finally left Goldship and walked toward the venue, I was quickly greeted by the guards, or should I say bouncers, making sure no uninvited guests entered the party.

"Greetings, Your Highness! It is a pleasure to be serving you today, and I must say an even further honor to—"

The guard began to monologue about how honored he was to be serving and protecting me from anything, and making sure that I had a great time.

Truth be told, it was quite amusing watching him speak with so much pride and joy. I should probably hire him after the party's done.

After he had finished his speech, he finally let me inside the venue, and once I had entered and got a good look inside, I realized the theme of the party was all about royalty.

Figures. Most of the student council are Goetia, and not many commoners survive school.

They usually drop out or die of old age since they don't have that long a lifespan.

As I walked around the venue, checking the place out a bit, I began to notice every single demon was staring at me.

Can't say I'm surprised. For years, everyone who didn't really know me that well tended to avoid me since the… incident. They've been avoiding me like I'm some sort of plague.

They began spreading rumors about me in school — about how dangerous I was, how I had a secret harem. I don't really know where the last part came from, but me being a bit dangerous was true.

Whenever there was a fight in school that I was relatively close to, I would always try to end things peacefully, and if that didn't work, I just knocked them out.

This caused me to be relatively popular with the common demons in school — even some making a fan club just for me. Which was really weird when they invited me over and there were a bunch of naked demons flashing me.

I really didn't mind the flashing, but I do mind the fact that I was with Dad at the time, and now whenever he wants to get my attention, if he's in a joking mood, he always reminds me.

Sighing at the memory, I walked over to where the food was and got myself a cup of punch. Taking a sip, I quickly noticed someone had spiked the drink and added a little something extra… a love potion.

It didn't really affect me, much less make me horny, but if anyone else had drunk this, they'd be just as horny as Mom during November.

Finishing my drink, I grabbed the bowl of punch and threw it out the window next to it, but as I threw it out, I noticed something from outside the window.

Two students were having a… good time in the bushes, and with me suddenly breaking the window with the bowl, they quickly looked up before getting back to business.

After I had thrown the bowl of punch out the window, I looked at the selection of food items they had prepared, and to my disappointment, they were all nonsense fancy food.

I didn't mind eating these types of food, but they're really boring once you've eaten your thousandth Beef Wellington.

What I really want is something fruity, with a bit of sweetness and maybe a bit soft. I don't quite remember what it was called, but I remember it being called cotton.

As I thought about what that meal was called, the door suddenly burst open, revealing Seviathan and Charlie walking side by side.

"Heya, losers! Make way for the Dick Master!" he boasted, walking with my sister.

Yeah, I really don't like this guy. No sane person would willingly call themselves Dick Master.

As they continued to walk, Charlie finally noticed me eating some raw fish and quickly walked over with Seviathan.

"Hey, Stygy! Seviathan picked me up from the castle today! Isn't that romantic?" she said, looking at me.

I looked at Charlie, who had an expectant look like she wanted me to say something, and at Seviathan, who had that smug grin on his face.

Though it pained me to say it, knowing the asshole she's with, I still want her to be happy. So, with all the pride I could muster up, I spoke.

"Yes, Charlie, it is very romantic," I said in a deadpan voice.

Charlie didn't seem to recognize my lack of enthusiasm and simply smiled at me, giving Seviathan a giant hug.

"See? I told you my brother would think it was romantic," she said to Seviathan.

"Sure, babe. I guess I owe you a little something then." He gently held Charlie's chin and moved it closer to his mouth — then he kissed my sister in front of me.

And as I watched in abject horror as this fish-smelling, no-good demon kissed my sister on the lips, Charlie pulled away rather quickly.

"What's wrong, babe?" Seviathan asked Charlie.

"Nothing! It's just… I really need to tell my brother something really important. In private?" she asked.

Seviathan simply looked at Charlie for a second, and not a moment later, he walked off and started talking with the other guests.

When Charlie and I were finally left alone, she turned to me and spoke.

"Soooo, how's the party? I know you're not really big on the whole partying thing, but I know just who is!" she said with a giant smile, her eyes sparkling.

"Oh really? Who might that be?" I asked Charlie with a rather playful but condescending tone.

Charlie, still grinning, simply stared at me until an orange portal appeared in front of us.

Someone began to step through, and not really taking any chances, I got ready to fight the intruder. As they finally stepped through the portal, to my amazement, the demon that appeared was Aunt Bee.

I looked at Charlie, a bit surprised, and she still held her grin — but this time, she was looking at Bee.

As I looked at her more, she wore a simple red dress and had a sapphire pendant around her neck. She wasn't really looking at me, more so at the broken window.

But what she couldn't hide was the massive blush across her face. She would try to brush her flowing hair any chance she got, in an almost perfect rhythm.

"Sooo, I'll be going now… have fun!" And just like that, Charlie left me and Bee alone.

As we stood there in silence, I decided to finally end the awkward silence and speak.

"Sooo, wanna eat something?" I asked Bee, pointing at the snack bar.

"Yeah, I'd like that," Bee said, her face still crimson and looking away.

Sigh. This was going to be a long night.

So, being a gentleman, I handed her my right hand, and reluctantly, she took and held it.

We walked together, looking for a place to sit, and all the while, multiple demons began staring and whispering. I couldn't quite catch what they were saying, but it was most likely about us.

When we finally reached the tables, we looked for a rather large one to accommodate our size, and once we found it, we just sat.
