Both Matt and the Ancient Flame Devil clashed against one another,
Fist against Blade.
The Shockwave sent the flames flying, extinguishing them. Matt's face didn't flinch at this; his sword cut the flame released from the Ancient Flame Devil, protecting him.
Matt's blade cut through the skin of the fist of the flame devil, but this didn't bother it.
Both didn't stop, using their movement skill again; their figure flashed around the Crimson Fyre Domain.
The immense shockwave was able to kill or severely injure creatures under the strength of Ancient Devil.
But the room they were in was reinforced to prevent the Ancient Flame Devil from escaping; no dent or crack was done to the surrounding wall.
It felt as if they were fighting for minutes, but all of their attacks were just within seconds.
They separated from one another. Matt's figure was unharmed even though burning in flame; one could see that the flames weren't able to burn through his skin.
