the Invincible Earth; Utah, Guardians of the Globe Secret Base: Training Chamber
As the Guardians of the Globe, rushed straight at Mao, after he shot off the right hand of Rex Splode, a notification prompted, [Congratulations you've just earned 90000 CP] this made Mao smiled more, and also it was fair.
The Invincible-verse is very emotionally high, in comparison to Marvel...if not counting all the Spiderman storylines...but almost as extreme in DC in some regards, so it stands to reason that these people would give a large amount CP, just then Invisible and Bulletproof were both just about to throw a punch at Mao.
Who simply lowered his right gun holding hand, and in a speed that neither young superhero were used to, kicking Bulletproof in the face, then using the shadows to form a claw to grab onto the leg of Bulletproof, throwing him away, then before Invincible could do anything he was punched on the face, crushing his nose.
Backing away, as Monster Girl, Darkwing, and Black Samson came to fight Mao also, Mao's smile never left his face, as Samson fired lightning at Mao only to be meet with hellfire, that crushed through his electricity and blasted him.
Monster Girl and Darkwing were shocked that their friend and teammate was suddenly engulf in fire, screaming in agony, as flesh and soul were burning under the demonic flames, then Mao rushed between the green monster, and the Batman looking Cloak wannabe.
As Mao was punching and kicking Samson as he was ignited, this made Darkwing and Monster Girl snap out their shock, and were about go beat on Mao, when shadowy hands wrapped around them both, even with Monster Girl's super strength, and Darkwing's teleportation they could break free.
Mao continued to beat on Black Samson, as he said to a certain "shadow" connected hero, and said, "Darkwing...think the Shadow-verse like you...well I'm the monster that it bows to. " with a mental command, the two bounded heroes were slammed onto the metal floor, and dragged into the black fog, passing through it, reappearing in another spot of the training chamber and being thrown across the place.
Meanwhile Robot seeing Samson's situation, he called for a couple of drones to attack Mao, as they flew over and started blasting at Mao.
Who responded by shooting his demonically powered revolver at the drones, blowing them up, and then he'd kicked the screaming Black Samson across the chamber hitting Bulletproof, enveloping them both in hellfire, after a few seconds, Mao snapped his clawed fingers, putting out the hellfire.
As Black Samson was in agony, and barely alive, Mao started to secretly use his magic to heal and keep Black Samson unconscious for now.
After all, he came to take the G.O.G. alive for now...after Bulletproof gently put Markus onto the floor, checking to see his friend covered in bad burns, but still alive...he sighed in relief, as Bulletproof went back to the fight.
Only for long, sharp, and thin spikes of shadows to emerge from his own shadow, impaling him in the legs and other parts, he screamed and hissed in pain, as he was grounded, while this happened, Monster Girl, Robot, Atom Eve, Shrinking Rae, Dupli-kate, Knockout, Invincible, Allen, Robot, and Darkwing were still standing, and pissed.
A prompt sounded in Mao's head, [Congratulations you've just earned 122500 CP.] Mao started laughing, as Invincible was getting mad.
Yelling at this psycho, "Hey fucker, what's so funny!!?" Mao stopped laughing, walking forward, straight into the still standing Guardians of the Globe, as his dark eyes, sway side to side, as he responded, "Ohh nothing personal Mark." shocking Invincible, and the others, which made the system prompt [Congratulations you've just earned 50000 CP.] Mao chuckled and spoke again, "Ohh don't be soo shocked, with the crap you and the others. I mean, Zandale, Rex Sloan, Samantha, Kate Cha, Amanda, Sarah, Allen, Grimshaw, Rachel, and Benjamin. Ohh right...your robot thinking he is a real boy, his name...what was it? Rudy?" him listing off all their secret identities, made another prompt, [Congratulations you've just earned 85750 CP.] this is the biggest fear of superheroes, their personal life being identified.
It always farmed points, Mao then created a ball of hellfire, practically the size of the basketball, and said, "Seriously...is this the first time, you'd guys fought against a alter dimension demon before? Well let me, educate you all on, why demons are always the fear of all races?" Mao crushed the hellfire ball in his gauntlet hand, causing a wave of hellfire to expand and blast all the heroes, never taking a blow that aim not only physically but spiritually as well.
The wave of hellfire, caused great amount of damage and pain to them all, before they could get up, shadow spikes, claws, and tentacles erupted from everywhere in the chamber, grabbing onto every single one of the Guardians of the Globe, none of the can escape, Mao's grasp.
As he walked over to Rex Splode, straining against his shadowy bounds, his right stump of a hand, still bleeding Mao stood over him, as Rex growled and glared, Mao pointed his Blue Rose Fallen right next to Rex head and pulled the trigger, everyone screamed believing Mao killed Rex, but in reality Mao most likely blew out his eardrum.
[Congratulations you've just earned 100000 CP.] Rex Splode screams, causing relief in the others, as that meant that he was alive, Mao crotched next to the squirming exploder, and with a flick of his hand, green energy enveloped the stump that used to be Rex's right hand, as he said, "Don't scream so much, I at least stopped the bleeding...ohh right, that ringing in your ear, might not let you hear me." Monster Girl roared, and called out, "Hey asshole, why don't you stop picking on my friend, and..." a loud bang was heard all over the chamber, then screaming.
As a large bullethole appeared on the left leg of Amanda, he screamed as he was reverted to his human girl form, her leg profusely bleeding, few guns are able to penetrate her monster form, this shut her up, as she fought through the pain, where Mao was he has his right arm out stretched, and his gun steaming from a recent shot, as Mao stood up, no longer smiling or showing his twisted form of joy.
He rubbed his gun barrel at his temples, and said, "Relax all of you. If I wanted to kill you, trust me when I say, it wouldn't be fast or this restrained." Atom Eve, desperately trying to break free, and use her power to rip apart the shadows.
When she'd heard this, she yelled, '"Restrained!!? What and how is this restrain asshole!!!?" Mao pointed his left index clawed-gauntlet covered finger at her, not looking straight at her as a ring of hellfire formed around her.
Then a spinning vortex of flames, aroused around her, obscuring everyone view of her, Invincible and the other cried out for her, as the flames died and Atom Eve she was panting in fear, Mao then said in a dark, cold tone, "Now little Sailor Moon scout reject, picture that but around your houses, on your bed, or in your cars. Or at school with friends, or having dinner with family. So tell me...what did I do that isn't restrain, hmm?" this shut her and everyone else up.
Cause he was right, with this weird fog alone this Mao, he went up the ranks of threats, that they've encounter, this is including the warmongering Viltramites, Flaxans, and more, Mao stretched and confessed he didn't came to kill any of them, Rex Splode's hand, Monster Girl's leg, and even Black Samson's burns...those were for fun.
This shocked them all, none of their enemies are this twisted, and they'd had Powerplex, [Congratulations you've just earned 75450 CP.] as another prompt sounded off in Mao's head, dismissing his gun he'd explained the real reason he came to their multiverse.
This immediately caught Robot's attention, as he said out loud, "Our multiverse?" Mao smiled and complimented Robot for being the first to catch on, he'd explained that their multiverse is one of a infinite number of them, their clash with the Evil Invincible army should be enough, this confused them, then Mao said as if he'd realized something, "Ohh yeah, you'll not at that stage yet...well spoilers, Angstrom Levy comes back for revenge on Invincible here, and goes through alternative realities...or better said the alternative universes of this verse, recruits around 14-alter Invincibles. All evil by the way, and let's say, shit hits the fan fast." this revelation on what's coming, shocked everyone as another prompt sounded off, seems his 952450 CP, were about to increased again.
[Congratulations you've just earned 128400 CP.] and finally has hit the mil in CP, 1080850 to be exact, as Mao moved on, that he has watched many multiverses, many of them having the whole superhero theme, never meeting, having their own timelines, rules, culture, alternatives, and soo much more, but they all have one thing in common, their all soo stale, caught in stagnation.
A hero rises, villains start popping up to challenge the hero, the hero stops them, locks them away...and in rare occasions kill them, then the whole cycle of hero chasing bad guy.
Bad guys become predictable and never finish off the hero, and vise versa, hero meet other heroes, they form a super group, villains start joining up with one another, and the cycle only becomes bigger, but not different, and Mao said the next thing with fury, and malice, "Then the fucking shit, turns boring again!!! No one crosses the line, villain lose intimidation, people become complacent, and keeps going around, and around, and around. Rare moments something amazing happens, but then...he starts all over in the routine again..." he'd confessed that he'd clashed two verses, two Earths into one.
Heroes, villains, and more were forced into one world and timeline, this was another shock for the G.O.G. they'd never expected to learn about the multiple multiverse in such a manner, and that a entity is capable of reality breaking as Mao exist.
That's when Rex said, "So you came here to do that to our world, bastard!!?" Mao smiled at Rex on the floor, saying, "Partly my exploding friend." he sighed, and confessed that during his and his own fun, they'd loss the artifacts that merge entire Earths, but he himself, he was able to tear parts of various Earths, and merge them to the "New Earth", Mao told them that he has made a game, which involves collecting them, deciding to leave the surprise for them there, he started walking away into the black fog, ignoring the yelling of the young Invincible-verse heroes, as his artifact the World Ripper was tearing the G.O.G. base not only from their world, but timeline, and verse.
Now it was time to collect, the new villains that are going to be apart of the New Earth...
Location the Overwatch Earth: Undisclosed Mountain Area, Talon Headquarters
Within a "meeting" room of the Talon syndicate, deemed lighting, barely showing the red T design on the floor, with several red screened consoles and computers, a massive glass overview showing a frigid landscape, with howling wind with snow, various mountains in the dark, night covered horizon.
Currently Akande Ogundimu, known as Doomfist, a Nigerian dark skinned man, with incredible size and bulk, wearing a expensive suit, his right arm is a massive cybernetic arm, that gives him the name Doomfist.
Doomfist, Akande his back turned to several podiums with holographic projections of the other members of Talon, discussing on the latest events, on these holograms showed Reaper, Sombra, Moira, Maximilian, Widowmaker, and Mauga, the subject was of the rising champion of the colessium, her name Vendetta, daughter of one of Talon primary funders, Antonio Bartalotti.
Reaper mentioned to Doomfist that they should have eliminated her a long time ago, Doomfist didn't see Vendetta as a threat, and they have better things to discuss, this made Sombra erratic, as she brought files, and videos of Vendetta's rise in fame, power, and influence, Sombra was trying to convince Doomfist that Vendetta was too out of control, and a growing threat, especially since she has inside knowledge of Talon.
Before Doomfist could stop her from going on about Vendetta, they'd all heard a commotion, gun fire, screaming, and then the sound of busting doors, as a young woman with slightly tanned skin, brown hair tied in a huge ponytail held by a spiked collar, red blazing eyes, high-tech chestplate and right arm connected armor of steel, gold, and bronze with red accents.
A white glove on her armored arm, a Spartan style loincloth and red short with some armor in that area, a pair of faded brown long saddles, but what more striking is the huge, hard-light edged, greatsword attached to her back.
Vendetta is here, as all of Talon was silent, as she walked over to the middle of the room, and spoke of legacy, and what her family is odd, as her father Antonio Bartalotti, built Talon with his own hands and they stole and ruined what her bloodline has made.
Doomfist scoffed at her, claiming that power isn't inherited its earned, which made Vendetta smile, as she said, "I agree." then she and Doomfist they started fighting in front of the whole of Talon, for the right of power and command of the organization.
At first it seemed that Doomfist had the upper hand, but Vendetta proved her skill and power, quickly turning things around, and in a final clash, she cut off the cybernetic arm of Doomfist, as Akande was on his knees, glaring at Vendetta calling him weak and a coward, so laying too long the shadows, and Talon will thrive under her, not him.
Akande in a defiant bit of anger, charged at Vendetta, who in response threw him out the window, and quite possibly to his doom, as the whole room was silent, Mauga smiled, admiring Vendetta, along with Maximilian, and Moira, while the rest of Talon looked worried.
Vendetta strapped her sword onto her back, and proclaim that no longer will Talon hide, they'll take what is there's, and rise as the rulers of this world...then clapping was heard, Vendetta immediately reached for her greatsword and activated it, as the rest of Talon looked for the sources of the clapping, then a male voice spoke, "Impressive. Very impressive, Lupa. You are one of few villains, I truly respect." as Mao has come, and was standing in front of Talon...
