Location the New Earth: The Island of Hawaii; Mauna Loa
All the Forsaken have abandoned the island, as it became more and more unstable, the heroes of the Avengers, Justice League, and X-men were trying to steady themselves in such a chaotic island.
More flame and lava, is bursting out the land, and water, burning down everything, while the Scarlet Speedster, the Flash was desperately running through the jungles of Hawaii, searching for his friend and teammate...when he'd arrived in the melting site of Oliver Queen's final battle.
Wet ash, and ice surrounding the area of this burned jungle, Flash he was shocked, as he walked through the frost and ash, at the mutilated, bloodied, and still body of the Emerald Archer, Green Arrow.
Walking over Oliver's body, tears spilling down the mask of Barry, dropping to knees, beside the body of Green Arrow, mourning his dear friend.
As another earthquake was happening, originating from the volcano, a huge eruption is emanate.
Green Lantern, Hulk, and the X-men were trying to make their way to Mauna Loa's base, but the instability that was becoming more, and more violent and erratic, deep smoke and sulphur was making things difficult for Green Lantern, Beast, and Quicksilver to progress either by air or foot.
Hulk, every landing he made, causes a new magma pool, or hole of lava to form, as the ground couldn't hold the weight and force, behind Hulk's superjumps and landings.
Wolverine, Shadowcat, and Nightcrawler, being the few that can progress further...with some difficulty, but still progressing towards the volcano, especially since the start of this latest chain of a large eruption, has made the entirety of the Forsaken invading forces to retreat.
But just as the superheroes were getting closer to the volcano itself, a massive eruption burst out the top of Mauna Loa, a ginormous geyser of crimson and orange lava, and black smoke shot up to the greyish sky.
Magma rocks, surging out the bursting lava, while the volcano itself started to literally split apart, the earth cracking and ripping in large chasm, blasting out skin peeling skin.
Lava, magma, and molted rock started to bubble and surface from the veins, underneath the earth of Mauna Loa, not only the base of the volcano, but the top of the fiery mountain was also breaking apart.
Literal fire was spreading across the desolated land, around the base of Mauna Loa, this forced Hulk, and the X-men back from the encroaching danger.
Green Lantern, saw the other heroes running away to safety, channeling the willpower of his ring through his eyes and body, making his green aura, glow brighter in energy and intensity, as he'd dived down, his ring glowing in several shades of greens.
Like a green almost jade colored comet, blasting forward, reaching the tattered but fully healed Wolverine, the silver blurred Quicksilver princess carrying Shadowcat, while Nightcrawler, he took Beast away, using his teleportation powers to save the veteran X-man.
Hulk, was stomping forward in a incredible speed, when the big guy, he noticed the green glowing guy...he thinks his name is Green Lantern, flew down, surging with his willpower, he shot a massive, expanding green-will construct from his ring.
Forming a amassing wall of brick from a green will light from his ring, pushing back the flames, but then aside from a wave of fire, a surge of molten magma started to join the miniature wave of fire.
This force of nature, was actually pushing the floating Green Lantern back, every small moment, Hal, he was struggling against this literal eruption that was behind the brick wall of Green Lantern's creation.
While this happened, Hulk and the X-men took this opportunity to help out Green Lantern, any way they can.
As this desperate struggle took place, Mauna Loa's fire, molted earth, and lava was actually returning to the source, molding itself and taking form that none expected.
Under Mao's subtle commands, taking a bit of inspiration for the next marker, in this fun treasure hunt, making a constant molted and burning statue, modeled after a beautiful Hawaiian Goddess, a maiden of crimson, scarlet, orange, and black, her form as beautiful as ferocious, and deadly.
The lower half of this monument of fire, destruction, and...rebirth, being the volcano like a long hula skirt of broken earth and magma, with smoke and sulphur acting as this statue's hair, burning red rocks acting as a Lei Po'o, Haku Lei, but instead of being made from floral nature, it was composed of fire and magma.
The face of this statue, her face almost tiki like, her arm reached out, as veins and small waterfalls of magma, pouring down the graceful and dangerous arm, said arm reaching the sky, as the statue's fingers, pointed over the horizon, at some direction to the unknown.
Once the earthquakes and eruption finally stopped, Green Lantern and the other heroes were actually mesmerized by the figure, that appeared before them, with the danger gone, Hal stopped his surge of his green-will construct.
That's when Falcon landed beside his fellow Avenger, Hulk, as they watched the clear display of a marker to the next clue, the X-men were together...except for the late Cyclops...and Green Lantern, tired he landed onto the desolate ground.
Then all these heroes, started hearing clapping in the area, they all turned to a mass of black fog, shadows, and flames, making a makeshift...more...demonic visage of someone, that they all knew and despised, Mao.
His shadow, flame, and fog, but Mao's duplicate wasn't putting his attention on the superheroes, but instead on the Fire Goddess Statue, that he'd designed through the Nature's Heart, Core of Reality, but when Wolverine saw the fog, fire, and shadow figure of Mao.
The mutant went into a berserk fury, rushing straight at Mao, his adamantium claws, shining in with anticipation of blood, but instead of blood, those claws passed through Mao, as Wolverine swiped without control or unrestrained.
Mao, stopped clapping and finally looked at the wild Wolverine, looking at the infamous mutant, in truth Mao admitted that Wolverine is one of his favorite X-men, and while that's a basic choice, Wolverine was the most direct and violent, downright interesting character in the X-men...until the 2000s started to darken the other heroes of the X-men.
But that wasn't important, talking through the duplicate, Mao spoke in a voice that one uses when addressing a idiot, "Hey genius, I'm not really there...but..." making the duplicate, swing a burning, fog, and shadow coated arm, passing through the face of Wolverine, not only being able to hit, but burn both flesh and soul of the mutant.
Wolverine screamed in pain, as he was launched away, with a burn, very slowly healing on the X-man's face, as Mao speaking continued, "...I can still hurt you all. So sit down, mutt...wait. What the fuck, is a wolverine? Ohh who cares."
Making the duplicate shrug, looked at the Fire Goddess Statue, and spoke, "The Nature's Heart, has always have a flair for the dramatic." then Mao turned his duplicate gaze at the heroes, as he spoke in a nonchalanted tone, "Congratulations. The plan was simple. No witnesses, and then blow up, this island to keep the marker secret. But you insects, proven more annoying that cockroaches." sending that Flash was just about to arrive.
This made Mao very excited, he decided to finish the classic villain gloating, but unlike the losers that only love hearing themselves speak, this gloating is to infuriated his enemies as the system promted, [Congratulations, you've just earned 125000 CP.]
Thus making Mao happier, mentally clamoring the heroes to hate him, despise him, and disdain him, all their hatred, anguish, and pain, only serving to add more points to the bank total, for many more surprises.
As the last individual was about to join, Mao, in teasing and almost eager sounding tone, the duplicate looked over its shoulder, and said, "And speaking of resilient insect..." a yellow streak of lightning, was the Flash, holding the body of the mutilated Green Arrow, upon Green Lantern seeing he was impacted emotionally.
Mao, clapped as he spoke his last words, "Good anarchy in general. Two heroes dead, and we already have the next location to the Nature's Heart. See you'll soon." making the duplicate of fog, fire, and shadow fade away.
He heard the final prompt, [Congratulations, you've just earned 154500 CP.] Hal quickly floated over to Barry, using his ring to scan Oliver's form, in a slight hope that Green Arrow was still alive...but the ring spoke, in a emotionless tone, "subject doesn't possess any life sign" this made Green Lantern burst into a rage filled despair, smashing his fist onto the ground, causing a spread of cracks to form, along with him letting out wail of despair.
Falcon, Hulk, and the X-men while unfamiliar with the hero that is Green Arrow, he was still a hero, so they paid some showing of respect, as this fight...it didn't feel like a victory to them, at least many, many lives that were rescues by them, aside from the Leaguers, the other heroes turn to the Fire Goddess Statue, the first point of this complicated map and chase, they must prepare for the next.
(Mao POV)
Location the Void of the Forsaken, Castle Nightscream; Throne Chamber
After finally leaving behind my message to the heroes, as well as slightly humbling Wolverine, the gasp of Green Lantern did, at the sight of the Flash carrying the dead Green Arrow.
Absolutely glorious, all my wives were next to main window Shego braging a bit to the others, while Jinx was complaining to Cyn, that she couldn't kill Falcon, as maid drones came to pamper them.
All my Infernal Lord, except for Doflamingo or Blackmore who were very busy with their growing criminal empires, but Candymare, Nomu-King, Sabrewulf, Kothoga, Golem, and Kefka were celebrating such a level of destruction brought down to Hawaii, while Abathur, he was still beside my throne, gathering all the data from the zerglings, mutalisks, and ultralisks that wrought chaos on the island.
Always the mad alien scientist, I walked through my throne chamber, a maid drone with a pair of hairbuns, carried a tray with a glass filled with bourbon on ice, seeing made me chuckle.
Aside from the effect on my Void, that double productions on all my resources, which includes alcohol...thank you, my patron Chaos...one the things I first did aside killing, and tormenting the Chicagoans, I made the minions to steal around 80% of the alcohol from the city, and bring it to my castle.
Taking the glass, I took small swing, raising my glass to my eye level, and spin the ice in it, this is some good shit...returning to my thoughts, it was time to party and enjoy a good slaughter, as my minions are chugging away some part of my liquor storage, and making the maid drones' lives kinda irritating.
But it was still a fun show, as Lilithmon, with a glass of wine on her golden claw quipped hand, her sensual grace very inticing to me, as she took my hand guided me to the other girls.
Seems I'll need to give my girls, a Hell of a time, taking a big swing of my bourbon, a pass my glass to some random drone, as all my wives were happy to have me among them in their conversation, and fun.
Now it was time to wait, and soak in the Chaos Points that are about to be pouring in, let's enjoy both the party, and the after-party that is yet to come, as a wide smile spread on my face, in anticipation.

Location the New Earth: Gotham, Wayne Manor; Batcave
Batman was currently typing on the keyboard of his Batcomputer, he may appear to be calm and stoic in the dark of the Batcave, but he is anxious.
It been a couple hours, since the last update from Green Arrow, Green Lantern, and Flash in the catastrophe on Hawaii, things haven't going good with the Forsaken not being active, until the eruption of Mauna Loa, also another thing that has been worrying the Caped Crusade is the Joker, and now Scarcrow their both on the loose, and he has been having a trouble tracking those two men.
That when finally a update was displayed on the batcomputer screen, the satellite system of the Watchtower, was finally able to see the happening on the island...what Batman, saw on his massive computer screen, he was surprised on what his watching.
What he can describe a "Hawaiian Goddess", place on the top Mauna Loa, but the rest of the island landscape, it can only be described of "constant burning", before he can investigate this, a communication from Green Lantern finally reached through.
Speaking in a strong and commanding voice, "Lantern!! Report!! What's happened on the island?" Hal, was quiet for bit, before he'd answered back to Bruce, in a sorrowful tone, "Bruce? The Forsaken have abandoned the island. We've managed to rescue a large amount of the island's populace, but... But the island is no longer, suitable for sustaining settlement for the people. And... And something awful has happened as well." listening to Hal, Batman knew that a tragedy has happened, during the battle.
Bruce, he looked to the floor and asked the question, that was still painful but he needed to know, "Who?" Hal, stayed quiet for a bit before, answering, "It Ollie, Bruce. Oliver is dead..."
Batman, in fury smashed his fist on the side of the console of the batcomputer, Hal went on explaining that they weren't the only ones that lost comrade, the mutant superhero, Cyclops, he was also killed in action, the X-men already collected Cyclops' body and left the island, Green Lantern went further saying that they have Ollie's body, and are getting ready to return.
Hal then asked the Darth Knight, on "who should tell, Dinah and the rest of Oliver's close companions of Star City?" Batman responded, "I'll tell Red Arrow and the others, you handle Black Canary, Hal. I'll be in the Watchtower, shortly. Bring him home, Hal." Green Lantern, told Batman "of course", and the communication was ended.
Taking a deep pause, along with a calming breathe, Batman typed a few keys, and on the batcomputer's screen several photos, with a voice communication module appear, he'd called Red Arrow aka Will Harper, Arsenal aka Roy Harper, Artemis aka Artemis Crock, Speery aka Thea Queen, and couple others, as he has grave news to tell...Red Arrow, was the first to speak of these protégés of the Emerald Archer, "Batman, what's wrong? Why did you call us?", Batman was quiet for a moment, before getting resolute and speaking, "During the Hawaii rescue, something happened..."
