The name of the device that Michael had found in the system store was called the Time-field Acceleration Core. And, it was what Michael was looking for, as it exactly matched his current needs.
The Time-field Acceleration Core was a portable device built to create a controlled time field around a selected area.
Once activated, it created a stable field that could make time inside move up to 30× faster than outside. Thus, 1 hour outside would equal 30 hours inside. The field could cover an area of up to 2,500 m², and its range could be changed through the control panel.
The device did not have a fixed operating time. It could remain active as long as its energy supply lasted. A vacuum-energy reactor supplied the main power, while internal energy cells stored extra power for periods of high demand. The system also monitored the field and reduced its output if the energy level became too low.
