Bang!
The sound of the gunshot echoed in the air, with everyone around having mixed reactions to the sudden attack.
For the lady, she yelped in shock and fear, as she had not expected that there was someone else that was going to be implicated because of her.
Additionally, she had expected that they would end up beating Michael, but not straight away killing him. After all, Michael had not tried to resist, or fight back like her bodyguards.
Each of her bodyguard had a gun on them, which was why they had been killed the moment that they tried to pull them out.
The leader of the group on the other hand simply raised his brows slightly at that. Even he himself had not expected that his subordinate would suddenly pull the trigger.
But he thought to himself, it didn't matter. In any case, this was just a collateral. So, even if he died, it wouldn't matter, as long as they completed the task that they had been assigned.
