Jay's POV
( In the afternoon )
I was sitting quietly on the couch, waiting for him to say let's go.
He was currently talking to someone on the call.
When he came, I was about to say something when he said.
Jay, we have to stay here for a few more days.
What? I asked in shock.
It's just a matter of a few days, and then we'll go home.
I don't mind leaving here, I just feel bored. I replied
Do you wanna eat something like cookies and all? He asked
Cookies, yeh why not? I replied, then quickly stood up
Let's go to the kitchen. He said, pulling me with him to the kitchen
So, according to the recipe, we need flour, sugar, egg, butter, baking soda and vanilla essence.
Everything else enhances the flavor differentiates between one delectable batch and another.
You just take out the eggs from the fridge, as I said he went to the fridge,
opened it and started looking for the eggs.
Where is the jar of flour? I asked trying to reach the height for the cupboard.
Suddenly, he lifted me by the waist.
Ahhhh. I yelled because it was sudden
What? I'm just helping you. He replied
I quickly grabbed the jar and took it out, placing it on the marble.
So how many spoons of flour we need for cookies? I asked
Not much, just 2 and a half. He replied
I opened the lid of the jar and took out a few spoons of flour.
Then put it in a bowl, then he cracked the eggs and put it on the bowl and later we put the other ingredients too and put it in the oven to bake.
I didn't even realise that I had a little flour on my forehead.
When he saw it, he turned to me and started cleaning the flour off my head.
I was just staring at him.
Then suddenly,
Ting tong ....
According to the timer, the sound of the oven came.
I wore the oven mitt and quickly opened the oven.
I took out the tray of cookies, then gave it to Keifer.
Wow, how good they looked. He commented
After all, who made it? I replied proudly
I did help as well. He said
But I have done more than half of it. I replied, making faces.
Yes, you have done it, you are that special cook. Ok, he replied, folding his arms
I took a bite of the cookie. Wow, it's really tasty. I commented
Do you wanna taste? I offered
Yeah, why not?
He grabbed a cookie and then took a bite.
Ammmm, it's nice, sweet, but not as good as your lips. He commented
Aahhh, can you stop flirting?. I said irritably.
( At night )
Keifer's POV
We were sitting on the sofa, her head resting on my chest while I was stroking her hair.
You'll get a surprise when you return home. I said, breaking the silence
And what it could be. She asked
You'll find out soon. I replied
Ahh, wait again? She said annoyingly..
After 5 minutes
I had a lot of fun today, and with you, it becomes double. She added
Me too. I replied softly
And I have a surprise too, and I thought that as long as we stay here, we should have fun and create a memory. She said, smiling, it should be. I replied
Jay, tomorrow we'll do something very fun, ok. I added
What? She asked confused
Will see. I replied
Okay, let me reveal now. She said, then got up from the sofa and went straight upstairs.
She came back with a box in her hand.
What's that? I asked
Just try it once. She said
Okay, if you're saying so, then okay. I replied and took the box from her hand.
I got up and went to a changing room upstairs.
When I opened it was a new co ord set and I quickly wore it
Jay's POV
I went upstairs to my room.
I opened my cupboard, took out a dress which matches his co ord set and wore it.
Applied a little make-up, then holding a bouquet & a ring box.
I came out of the room then to downstairs.
When he came, he was looking at me in a little shocked.
What? I asked
Where are we going? He asked
Trust me, come on, let's go. I want to show you something. I said, pulling him with me to the upstairs.
We stopped infront a room, because it was a resort, so there were a lot of empty rooms.
When I opened it, he was surprised.
What did you do and when did you do it? He asked turning to me
Just come inside. I replied
The room was filled with flowers, candles and golden lights.
The smell flowers and freshner spray was spreading all around.
Then I pulled him with me to the balcony.
I had also done decoration. There there was a sitting spot which was decorated with lights, candles and flowers and along with it is some wine bottles were kept there
I wanted to have dinner tonight, alone with you, so I arranged all this. I said softly.
But Jay, I want to ask you something before that.
What? I asked..
