It's really cold and chill morning and the celebration for god knows what is being held at NUU , everyone in their winter uniform as usual and Hailing is feeling little shivers from inside.

Then suddenly a sound came from outside , Andre peeked out from window (remember the room is on 1st floor not on ground floor of appartment). There seems to be a querel on other side. "Nevermind , and yeah...." He tilted his head in confusion. "Why the heck am I living in a apartment if I have decided to go all out on money?" Then he checked his wallet app, which showd a amount in Shells "105.0 only" it says. Seems like I got pretty lucky in Gold investment. Yesterday he took out his money from market.

On the street where querel was happening, there is begger guy, and the son of a rich dad, (some random rich guy) , begger seems to have scratched his car. "You shit! What a pain , lemma just ignore him , he's not that much of a deal (He thinks he can ignore but sure he is an certified begger) But suddenly that rich kid started getting pale and begger was confused what happened, apparently Andre came down, he can't just ignore this much noise. Now that he is here he can see that begger is here as well. Andre's overwhelming presence was enough to scare away the wrong party and then that kid just left. "See you later B!&#@!!" He set off his car and in few seconds he is out of the scene. "So what were you doing here now, eh?" Andre asked the begger but he refused to answer and moved away. Some flash of memories came in front of Andre's eyes. It was only a 2 second time and his face became expression less. Then he just went back to his apartment.
There are actually two types of money system , one has been explained earlier, that was Southern method (since it's used in most south countries) but there is a different system in Northern countries. In NUU , behind the main Buiding Hailing was seeing Cia and her group going to the classes to eat what school have arranged since it's festival.

Hailing then went to watercooler to get some water and drank it as he feels the coldness in it. Water haven't yet warmed, maybe he came a little earlier and now he is just going around to see where Kyosake is. Maybe big bro already left. He thought. Then a sound came from principal office , something fell there and so he peeked inside. In principal office or say director's office, Aeshro Lamperouge was sitting and beside him was Kyosake Lamperouge. "Yes. That's precisely is one of the reasons why I came in this city." Aeshro said and then director replied, "ok I'll see this matter and reach out to Mr. Mayor. But till then can I know where are you gentlemen going to stay?" , "hmm.... that's not decided, yet. We will now go and meet our old friend." Aeshro said and looked over Kyosake who then said, "Yes, I'm excited to meet them as well." He is acting like any 12 year old, right now. In Kyosake's mind a image came, a really old one where he was playing soldier-soldier with a small kid of about 2 or 3 years old. It's Ark.
