Chapter 103 - Chapter 104 Mephisto, the Lord of Hell

Boom!

Thud!

Boom!

Hawke, who was admiring the entire process of the Phoenix Cloth's birth, was caught off guard and grabbed by the demonic Hulk outside the mountain, then flung outwards.

Thrown away by the demonic Hulk, Hawke's body violently rubbed against the air, igniting instantly.

He crashed into the grass, but his momentum didn't diminish, and he bounced back again, continuing to fly backwards.

Until—

Boom!

The vibranium shield protecting Wakanda, like a golden dome, flashed brightly.

Hawke, who crashed into the vibranium shield from within, felt a blur before his eyes, as if the world had changed.

With a loud thud, he slammed heavily onto the grass outside Wakanda.

The grass caved in.

The sound, like a meteorite impact, frightened the cattle and sheep on the distant grasslands, causing them to run away frantically.

The S.H.I.E.L.D. agents who had just arrived were also startled.

The leader was none other than Maria Hill, the S.H.I.E.L.D. operations commander.

However, she hadn't come here chasing Hawke.

Maria Hill had come here chasing Bruce Banner. When S.H.I.E.L.D. in New York suddenly discovered Bruce Banner was missing, and when information about him resurfaced, he was already in Africa.

She immediately had someone check Hawke's current location.

The result also in Africa.

And so,Maria Hill immediately brought her team over, but it seemed she was too late.

Because when she arrived, all she saw was a scene of devastation, a battlefield littered with severed limbs, with no trace of Hawke or Bruce Banner.

Then just as she began to suspect the two had left and was about to call off, a violent impact instantly drew her attention.

"That's"

"Holy shit!"

"It came rushing out of that forest."

"Wait, did you hear anything?"

Hearing this, the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents in the distance instinctively muted their microphones, listening intently, seemingly hearing some kind of angry, increasingly close roar.

Their gazes, without prior agreement, fell once again upon the distant forest.

The next second.

Thud!

It was sudden and abrupt, as if it had appeared in the blink of an eye.

Accompanied by a roar, the Hulk, a massive creature as large as a black hill, abruptly appeared above the edge of the forest, descending like a mountain crashing down.

Looking at Hawke lying in the crater, a ferocious smile appeared on his face, and he raised his right foot to slam down towards Hawke.

Boom the grassland caved in once more.

The Hulk's massive footprint sank deep into the crater, and pure, destructive physical force radiated outwards in waves.

In an instant, grass, trees, and dirt flew everywhere.

Dust billowed, obscuring the sky!

"Shit!"

"It's Hulk, no, it's the black Hulk!"

"How did he get out?"

The SHIELD agents in the distance stared in shock and confusion at the sudden appearance of the Hulk.

Maria Hill, who was commanding the SHIELD fighter jets high in the sky, turned her gaze to the primeval forest where Hawk and Hulk had suddenly appeared.

Soon, the dust on the grassland came and went quickly.

"Hulk!!"

"Die!"

After the dust settled, Hulk, still in his stomping position, struggled to press down on his massive right foot, his eyes burning with flames, staring intently at the person beneath his massive right hand.

Hawk, with most of his body buried in the mud, held up Hulk's massive right foot with both hands.

His inner cosmos burned like a blazing sun.

The Phoenix Cloth slowly took shape under this intense heat.

The instant Hawk's arms straightened, unparalleled power surged forth, and amidst the roar of the demonic Hulk, his body, mired in the mud, slowly rose.

The next second.

"Hulk!!!"

"Boom!"

The Hulk's massive body was thrown over, staggering before crashing onto the grass with a thud, his equally enormous buttocks instantly creating a large crater.

Hawk hovered several meters above the ground.

He looked incredibly disheveled.

He was only wearing a pair of battle-worn casual pants, so badly damaged that his black underwear was visible. Wounds covered every inch of his body.

Under the African sun, the blood seeping from his wounds shimmered like golden stars.

However within a few breaths, under the burning power of his inner cosmos, the wounds on his body healed and disappeared at a visible speed.

In just a few breaths, although his battle-damaged casual pants still made him look disheveled, there were no signs of injury.

Meanwhile, the Demon Hulk, who had collapsed to the ground, patted his head with his house-sized right hand and stood up again.

His eyes burning with hellfire, the Demon Hulk stared at Hawk, who hovered low in the air at his level, exhaling scorching breath.

Their eyes met.

The moment Hawke looked into the Hulk's eyes, burning with hellfire, a sudden illusion struck him.

It was as if someone was watching him through those hellfire eyes.

No.

It wasn't an illusion.

Hawke's expression hardened as he looked at the man with a thick beard, grinning evilly, that had flashed briefly in the Hulk's hellfire eyes.

The next second,as the Hulk seemed to freeze, the hellfire in his eyes intensified, coalescing into a fiery red figure—a man with an evil smile, yet exuding a gentlemanly air.

The man appeared and disappeared within the hellfire of the Hulk's eyes, meeting Hawke's gaze.

His voice, hollow as if from hell itself, resonated in Hawke's ears.

"My name is—"

"Mephisto!"

  "..."

Hawke's eyes narrowed involuntarily as he heard the demonic voice echoing in his ears.

"Mephisto!"

"Haven't you been talking about me? What, now that I'm up here, you seem scared again."

Mephisto's voice was hollow but relaxed, though the tone was like a demon's whisper, it sounded like he was chatting and teasing.

Hawk paused, narrowing his eyes to meet Mephisto's gaze, which appeared in the eyes of the Devil Hulk.

"So the Devil Hulk appeared because of you."

"Of course."

Mephisto's tone was casual, as he stretched out his right hand, seemingly examining it, while glancing casually at Hawk: "You keep telling me to be careful, and then you tell me to take care of your sister and not let her lose a single hair. I had to come up here and see who was nagging me."

Hawk's lips twitched subtly at his words.

"My sister…"

"She's fine."

Mephisto seemed to know what Hawk wanted to ask, and said with a smile, "Didn't you send Hulk to deliver a message to me when he went to hell? I received it.

Don't worry, I assure you, before you die, your sister will be safe and you will definitely not find a chance to kill me."

Hawk was silent for a moment.

"Thank you."

"You're welcome."

Mephisto said with a smile, then changed the subject, looking at Hawk, his voice becoming cold and piercing: "I originally thought you were quite powerful, but I didn't expect you to be able to beat even the toy I threw up later.

If your strength is only this much, I'm curious, where do you get the confidence to threaten me like this?"

He originally didn't have a chance to come up.

But he couldn't stand the fact that a fool was willing to trade his life for another.

Perfect, he also wanted to see the strength of Hawk, who often cricketed at him, so he simply modified the Hulk that Hawk had killed and threw him up again.

And the result this?

Don't be fooled by the intimidating appearance of the Demon Hulk; in the eyes of God, the Demon Hulk is at most just a bit more durable.

Even the Sorcerer Supreme could send Hulk flying with a single blow.

How much more so would Mephisto, the ruler of Hell and a god of the Hell dimension?

A dimensional god is still a god!

After speaking coldly, Mephisto seemed to realize something and chuckled, "I should go.

You'd better live. If you live, I promise to take good care of your sister. But if you die and come to my Hell, hehe."

As he spoke, his figure dissipated amidst the chaotic hellfire.

At the same time, with Mephisto's departure, the Demon Hulk regained his senses.

The Demon Hulk first stood still, shaking his seemingly dazed head, then stared at Hawke, roared, and charged forward again.

When he was ten meters away from Hawke, his massive arms swung violently, closing quickly as if swatting a mosquito.

"Hulk—Slash!"

"Boom, boom, boom!"

The airflow surging from the Hulk's clasped hands was like a blade, constantly shattering the grass along its path, sweeping towards Hawke with devastating force.

Hawke's figure flickered, and when he reappeared, he had already left countless afterimages, appearing behind the Hulk.

The Hulk's right fist clenched, and almost the moment Hawke appeared behind him, he turned and threw a punch.

Hawke's right fist slammed out.

Boom—

The earth trembled, and a white sonic boom appeared at the point where the two fists collided, the violent shockwave directly tearing away the grass around them once again.

Hawke was also blown away with a muffled groan, flying through the air along with the surrounding grass and trees.

Damn!

The Hulk has gotten stronger again.

Hawke, who had been blown away, felt the black shadow pressing down on him like a mountain, his figure flashing in mid-air.

After recovering, he moved away from the Hulk, looking at the Hulk with a blank expression, thinking to himself.

Just then.

Within the burning cosmos, a wisp of golden light emerged from the phoenix flames.

Then—more golden light burst forth from the phoenix flames.

At this moment, the Phoenix Cloth was finally forged!
