Wheres the Employee and the Employer wish to enter into an employment agreement governing the terms and conditions of employment;
THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH that in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants and agreements hereinafter contained is hereby acknowledged and agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows:
CLAUSES
FIRST - OBJECT THE WORKING PART agrees with THE EMPLOYING PART to provide their working capacity exclusively, fulfilling the various functions and tasks assigned to him/her in this contract, in the internal work regulations in case of apply, and in oral and/or written instructions given by the EMPLOYER and its representatives.
Likewise, .... commits to comply with the various orders that are given by THE EMPLOYER or its representatives.
SECOND - FIVE YEARS TERM. This employment relationship is agreed upon for five years, and will be effective from .... .
THIRD - OBLIGATIONS OF THE WORKER PARTY.
1. Wash the clothes, sheets, blankets, dishes, kitchen utensils, and others that are require at manor.
2. Carry out surveillance tasks of property, for which it should never remain unattended.
3. Perform general maintenance of the farm facilities, such as garden care, fences, facades, tree pruning, fumugations, and any other necessary activities for the conservation of the property and its facilities.
4. Do not pluck the Blue Hydrangeas flowers.
5. Never leave the mansion for one (1) year of probobation time no matter the reason.
6. Once the one year of probobation ended, the employee can leave the mansion but not the county of Mistvale.
7. Participate playing with the children and another workers from the starting of Sunday.
8. Maintain secrecy and confidentiality regarding all information provided to you, handle, or may have arrived by virtue of your work.
9. Strictly follow the rules given by THE EMPLOYER and/or its representatives, both verbally and in writing.
10. Do not talk about the EMPLOYER PART and everything inside the manor outside the county.
11. THE WORKING PARTY declares that it knows and has sufficient capacity to perform for which he/she been hired and, consequently, is obliged to perform in the execution the same, the greatest care and diligence.
12. THE WORKING PARTY declares that it knows the rules of the manor and will not held anything to THE EMPLOYER if punishment occurs.
FOURTH - SALARY AND BENEFITS. THE WORKER PARTY will be compensated for their services with a salary of 10 (ten) gold coins/week, an amount that will be paid no later than the last day of the week.
THE EMPLOYER PARTY and THE WORKING PARTY expressly agree that the benefits, services, premiums, clothing, food, accomodation, or extra-legal benefits that eventually the EMPLOYER PARTY paid to them will not have the character of salary for any effect.
FIFTH - BREACHING OF THE CONTRACT. Upon the occurrence of any of the following, under circumtances, the contract will be considered suspended and consequently THE WORKING PARTY does not; will not provide their services nor will THE EMPLOYER pay wages, and will have full authorities over the worker.
SIXTH - VALIDITY AND EFFECT. By signing this contract, it is understood that it automatically replaces and nullifies any other contract, whether verbal or written, that it has been celebrated between the parties beforehand.
