Liam pulled up to the apartment complex and killed the engine.
His back was stiff.
His shoulders ached.
Every muscle in his body felt like it had been put through a meat grinder and reassembled wrong.
Shay hadn't gone easy on him.
Not even a little.
Liam sat in the car for a moment, rolling his shoulders and stretching his neck from side to side.
The joints popped, but it didn't help much.
"Should've stretched more," he muttered.
He grabbed his phone and checked the time.
8:47 PM.
Liam got out of the car and locked it behind him, walking up to the entrance.
He walked through the hallway, then got to the door.
*Knock*.
*Knock*.
*Knock*
The door opened almost immediately.
Miss Kelly stood there in a sheer pink gown that left absolutely nothing to the imagination.
'Down, boy. At least wait until you're inside.'
The fabric was so thin Liam could see everything underneath.
