Whispers during the days, screams during the night. Qaru, a highschooler living her life. She gets bullied because of her looks, her insecurities blocking her way to paradise. Maybe, she's just... truly ugly. On 4th grade, she couldn't handle any longer. She wanted to commit, but she still wanted revenge and didn't want her bullies to outlive her. She wanted to take revenge–quietly.
When she arrived home, she went straight to her room. Planning for the future. But first things first, she wants to hide her hideous face. I mean, who on earth prefers to look at a girl whose face so hideous, even the aliens thought humans expire? She saw something, something that could cover her face... but also make her look weird. But hey! I bet you'd prefer to look at her wearing that instead of seeing her actual face!
The thing laying on her room... brown and rectangular... it's cardboard! She took the cardboard and cut 2 circles just for her to see when she's wearing it. She looked at the mirror, and said:
"I'm glad I'm not that ugly anymore.. Though it would be weird if I'm like this, atleast everyone would thank me for covering a mistake.."
She smiled, but her smile cannot be seen at the mirror.
She stood up, feeling a bit more confident than before. The cardboard WILL ruin you.
Will she ever know that she'll still look the same? Hiding inside a carboard box is pathetic. Can't stand seeing yourself that way, huh?
