Jeremy and Everly now found themselves sitting in Ivy Luo's vice president office like two students who'd been caught passing notes in class, except instead of detention, they'd been physically dragged here by a woman whose heels could probably be classified as lethal weapons.
Ivy had taken one look at their corridor situation, made a series of rapid calculations about potential HR nightmares and corporate liability, and decided that the safest course of action was to physically relocate these two chaos agents to a contained environment where they couldn't accidentally cause a public indecency.
