So now seeing how nice and overpowered this book is, I was feeling like creating a replica of it, so I went near Ashoka and whispered in his ears, 'Hey, do you want a copy of that book like those drinks?'
Hearing my words, his eyes turned wide, and before he could panic, I grabbed his mouth and whispered, 'Yes or no?'' Hearing my whisper, he looked around and saw that all of them were way too much taken back by the book, and not even Jaadu was paying attention to outside.
Seeing this scene, he took a deep breath before gesturing for me to remove my hand, and the moment I removed it, he spoke in a telepathic tone: 'Brat, can you really do it?' Hearing his words, I nodded with a smirking face, while he continued speaking: 'Brat, make it. I tell you things to use as the core of these books; just make them according to my instructions, and then you wouldn't believe how wealthy we can get!'
Feeling his excitement, I nodded while I activated my skill sneakily: 'Creator of all mighty!' and told the system to analyze the book and its core elements, and to my surprise, unlike my experience with divine objects, this time it was way too smooth, and unlike before, it wasn't even asking me for another authority.
So soon Jaadu spoke with a somewhat tense tone: "So the entire truth about that thing is, it has two forms in this world. First, we have it in the form of a place, 'a place where every energy rests before creation or after destruction!'" And then we have it in the form of a skill, just like its name. It is trapping skill, which allows the caster to either create a prison for his opponent and seal him till eternity or hide in it himself until he wants! 'No other details are mentioned in the book!'
After saying it, he took a deep breath before closing the book and vanishing the book in thin air, and the moment his book disappeared, the pressure from the surroundings also started to get normal, and the outside's climate also turned normal.
Well, seeing how everything again turned normal, everybody's expressions looked a bit more calmed, and Michael began to stare at me, feeling it weird. I didn't ask him anything but rather to turn attention from me. I spoke: 'But jerk, how is it even possible that a skill so major and destructive be known to my world, huh?' Like there is no logic behind it, even without going by both of your logic of mana, my world still didn't have such an amount of energy anywhere!'
Hearing my words, this time Otaku spoke: 'Master, it might be because they weren't using the real one, but rather more like a lite version of it, because how Jaadu has described it, there's no one other than the supreme dieties who could even use such skills.'
But even after hearing him, I was still concerned, so I again asked, 'But what about the name? How can it still be the same?' This jerk is telling us that his book has information about such skill, but in my world there was no concept of skills, and most of the people do not even believe in soul and stuff, so how can it be?'
Before Otaku could speak anything, Michael spoke this time: 'Brat, it is more likely because your current world might not believe in these things, but the people from the past might know about them, and unlike them, the stories managed to survive till your era. And this is why your world has this story!'
Feeling how nicely he told me, I nodded and remembered those weird podcasts that had those creepy backgrounds behind them, and they spam all sorts of bullshit about ancient civilizations and stuff.
And seeing how everything turned out, Ashoka spoke to Jaadu: 'Hey, so can you activate that skill or reach that place?' Hearing his words, he denied with a gesture and spoke in a deep tone: 'No, this book doesn't have a method of using that skill or reaching the path of that realm.' And even after all these eras, I barely managed to open 12-16 pages, and it still has way too many for me to even count. So if we think logically, then our answer is nothing but a big no!'
Seeing how hopeless he was sounding in his words, I could feel the disappointment in everybody's eyes, but I was still unaware of the reason why these creeps were even searching for that strange prison. Because I was only searching it for that dream, but there was no way, all of them could get that dream.
So I asked in a curious tone, 'But why do you want to use that skill? It isn't like that; it has some treasures or something, so why?' Hearing my words, everybody looked at me while Ashoka spoke: 'It is because we received something that told us, if we managed to reach the prison of graves, we will be able to fulfill our one wish!'
Hearing this strange fairy tale, I couldn't help but look at them in disbelief, because seriously, they weren't some average people; they were more like those people who could flatten an entire realm before even blinking.
Yet they were looking forward to this wish thing; it was nothing but pitiable, but thinking how everyone of them was ready to search for it was something that was amusing me more than just a mere wish.
So I spoke in astonishment: 'What? You received something? What things can you even ask, huh? You guys are more than enough capable to turn a realm to dust before even blinking, so why do you even need something like that?'
Hearing my words, these creeps had somewhat regretful and gloomy faces, while Michael spoke in a heavy tone: 'Brat, live longer, and then you will realize that strength isn't the only thing that you will desire in your life.'
There will be times that even your own strength will leave you helpless, no matter how many realms you turn to dust; if you can't turn that single piece of dust back to its original form, then that power will bring nothing but sorrow in your life!'
