Orion's POV
The sight of Tulip standing at the front of the herbology classroom hit me like a freight train. My jaw clenched as recognition dawned. What the hell was she doing here? It took me mere seconds to piece together her game plan. If she thought positioning herself as my professor would give her leverage to drag me back into her twisted web, she had another thing coming.
Marshall snarled inside my chest the moment he caught her scent near Dalia. My bear wanted blood. He craved the satisfaction of ripping Tulip apart piece by piece for daring to breathe the same air as my mate. Every muscle in my body tensed as I fought to keep my beast contained.
Without hesitation, I claimed the seat directly beside Dalia. Let Tulip see exactly where my loyalty lay. She could rot in hell for all I cared.
