"My own test results are out?" Gabe murmured under his breath as he accepted the envelope from the doctor's hand. "What's with the envelope though doctor? Isn't it just normal stress or malaria? You can just tell me with your mouth and besides, it's not important when Fred is here. I'm more concerned about him."
"Just open it and check. Trust me, your test results are very important too," the doctor replied with a warm smile on his face. "Unless you want me to tell you with my own mouth, but then it's actually okay for you to check yourself."
"Now this is getting suspicious," Gabe thought inwardly as he swallowed hard. His gaze dropped to the envelope again, and after hesitating for a moment, he began opening it.
But just as he was about to pull the paper out of the envelope...
"Fred has been moved to a ward!" Alex's voice rang out as he entered the office, happiness written all over his face.
