The night sky was dark, filled with stars as well as the bright moon, while the cool night breeze brushed continuously over Gabe's hair as he walked beside Alex, absentmindedly licking the ice cream in his hand.
"Are we going to keep walking? I can't believe you actually allowed us to park the car and begin walking," Gabe finally voiced out with a heavy sigh, after which he stopped walking immediately. "Just what are you up to now?"
"I just feel like the cool breeze will help you feel better, and of course I'm taking you somewhere. We're almost there," Alex replied immediately, a warm smile on his face. "Do you want me to carry you?"
"Oh, nope, thank you," Gabe replied instantly, continuing to walk. Soon, they both arrived at a private marina, and only then did Gabe, whose attention had been focused on his ice cream, finally raise his gaze to see a luxurious white yacht waiting quietly ahead.
"Huh?" Gabe paused, blinking in surprise.
