A Week Ago...
Ava opened the door and froze.
Thaddeus stood there, smiling back at her. Her legs began to shake, but she quickly hid her nervousness and gave him an even bigger smile.
"Baby," He cooed as he swooped her into his arms.
She wrapped her arms around his neck, savouring the warmth of him. Now that Cain was gone, Thaddeus didn't need to be hidden anymore.
"Did you miss me?"
"Of course I did," She replied.
Their lips locked, and Theo stepped out of her room that second. The moment she saw them, she immediately turned back to her room.
"Sorry," She muttered.
"No, no it's fine," Ava replied, giggling a bit.
"Are you sure?" Theo asked, her back facing them.
"Yes,"
She turned back and finally looked at the man next to Ava. He was quite tall and handsome, and his looks reminded her of someone she knew.
"Theo!" He exclaimed excitedly and rushed to her, pulling her into the tightest hug she had ever received.
