"You need to keep going," Zeke grunted, "Once you get past the waterfall, you'll be free,"
"What? I'm not leaving you," She began walking up to him, holding the hem of her dress.
"You don't have to worry about me right now," He uttered with a tight pained smile, "I'll be fine,"
"No, you won't!"
He held out a hand to her, and she stopped walking. His skin was becoming pale, and every vein in his arm strained so hard that they wanted to pop out. Moon was a disaster inside of him, so out of control, and if Zeke let go even for a second, they wouldn't be leaving this cave anytime soon.
"I can't move," Zeke said, squeezing his eyes shut. His voice had turned dangerous, a wolf in drugged heat that couldn't hold on much longer, "Go, Hellcat!" His eyes held a vicious warning, a loud promise, "Don't come any closer. Your scent, your presence. It's...,"
Zeke slammed a fist to the wall, and it sent the mountain trembling a bit.
