Chapter 819: Purgatory Begins
Leo landed on the soft soil outside the city walls and looked towards the demon beast horde in the distance, as well as the people fighting against them.
"They will slow me down..." Leo muttered. He would need to control his strength carefully to prevent anyone from getting injured.
"Well, might as well play along with Professor."
Leo's smile widened as he raised his hand.

Out of nowhere, multiple thick roots jutted out of the ground and pierced the bodies of several demon beasts, lifting them high into the air as they died on the spot.
"A powerful mage has come to support us! Everybody, keep fighting! We will soon kill all the demons!" After Leo's first attack, a commander took the initiative to fire up the spirits of the soldiers, hunters, and adventurers.
Jafar's face hardened at the sight.
Leo's single move had killed more than 30 demon beasts at once!
"Hmph! Looks like your student isn't half bad."
