However, Consort Fang did not know what kind of person Xu Jing was.
Therefore, when Xu Jing made this request, Consort Fang immediately said apologetically, "It was thoughtless of me not to serve tea to everyone. Sanye, quickly go and prepare some tea."
Sanye responded and went to the outer room.
She moved quickly, and in no time, returned with a tray holding two cups filled with tea.
She first approached Governor Zhang and served him tea, then moved to Xu Jing's side.
Suddenly, Xu Jing signaled with her eyes to Chen Hu and Cheng Xiao standing by.
Chen Hu and Cheng Xiao were slightly taken aback, not fully understanding the meaning of Xu Jing's look, when Sanye, who had just handed tea to Xu Jing, suddenly exclaimed "Ah!" and fell forward!
Consort Fang sat on a long couch, with Xu Jing and Governor Zhang seated on chairs opposite her.
