Josh nodded, holding the Heart of the Ocean and walked in.
Yuze couldn't do anything but follow.
The others, seeing this, had no choice but to follow along.
Under the command of the Mermaid King, Josh carried it deeper inside.
Along the way, various corpses of sea creatures floated in the tanks, giving off a rotten stench.
Josh instinctively looked in the direction of the Mermaid King; these must have been his subjects, right?
He wondered what the Mermaid King was thinking when he saw this.
The Mermaid King led them to the deepest chamber and opened the entrance, "Place me on that platform, and your task will be complete."
Josh, upon hearing this, lowered her head to look at him: "If I place you up there, what will happen to you? Will you disappear?"
She instinctively clenched the Mermaid's Heart in her hand: "I have so much I want to ask you..."
