Chapter 33 - 33

The blooming golden light was like countless red-hot iron wires, burning Leo's copper skin with a sizzling sound.

A severe pain rushed to the brain, as if it was immersed in boiling iron water, and the entire upper body was filled with despairing pain.

The small vest on his body had long been burned to ashes, and countless ugly blood-red silk threads appeared on his originally smooth body, studded all over.

The two people outside the door also heard Leo's screams of pain, and Tony felt even more terrified.

What could have caused such a powerful boy to let out such a cry of pain?

Pepper looked at the door anxiously, wanting to kick it open.

Tony thought about it and felt that he definitely couldn't kick open the door of his own house, which was of such good quality. He quickly ran to the studio and took out a micro cutting machine, two crowbars, a stun gun, and a pistol.

Looking at the door, he moved the micro cutting machine in his hand towards it. In less than half a minute, he had cut the part connected to the wall in half.

At the same time, Leo in the room had absorbed the golden light into his body, and the countless patterns and marks on his body covered his entire upper body, just like the scars left by hundreds of cuts on his body.

The pain continued to attack Leo's brain nerves, and the metal around him began to vibrate, surrounding Leo.

The metal lifted Leo into the air. In an instant, in addition to the pain in his body, a terrible feeling of hunger attacked Leo's brain.

It's as if every cell in my body is crying out for food and will commit suicide if not given food.

It's not just hunger, it's the instinct of survival that's calling out.

Even the threat of death hung heavy over Leo, and his stomach seemed to curl up into a ball, trying to squeeze out the last bit of energy left inside.

This strong stimulation made Leo's eyes turn red all of a sudden. Now, let alone food, even if a living person appeared in front of him, he would probably bite him.

"ah!!!"

Leo shouted out this despair with all his remaining strength.

At this moment, the light bulb above his head suddenly shattered, and two streams of electricity struck Leo directly from the roof.

Leo, who was in mid-air, was like a glutton. He firmly grasped the two electric currents and swallowed them into his body.

In this way, two electric currents were transmitted through the air to Leo's body. Looking around, it looked like two blue and silver antennas had grown on Leo's head.

Outside the room, Tony, who was about to cut off the other half, suddenly stopped and looked at the flashing light tubes above his head and the lights flashing in other rooms.

"Jarvis, what happened?"

"Sir, a large electrical appliance suddenly appeared in Mr. Leo's room and invaded the main circuit, causing an overload and voltage instability."

Jarvis' voice trembled a little because of this, and his speech was a little halting.

Tony looked at the door warily and continued to work, cutting off the last connection.

But the door still couldn't be opened. An inexplicable force was holding the door tightly, and it was stuck in the door frame.

"Pepper, get out of the way." Tony said, looking at the door that was motionless.

Pepper stepped aside and looked at Tony worriedly, "Why don't we find someone to help? It looks very dangerous!"

"I think Leo might be in more danger now!"

Tony used a crowbar to block a crack in the door, and used another crowbar to move the previous crowbar. With a sudden force, one side of the door broke open.

Finally, he could see a glimpse of the situation inside the room. Tony Stark came over and looked at the two electric wires above Leo's head.

His body was burned red, with countless cracks and smoke coming out of it.

He quickly continued to pry it up, "Leo seems to have been electrocuted. It looks very serious. I guess he has already..."

Pepper was even more panicked, her eyes turned slightly red, and she picked up her cell phone, ready to call the emergency number.

After replenishing the electric current energy, Leo, who had barely recovered some of his strength, fell from mid-air, and the metal blocks wrapped around his body scattered all over the ground.

The strange energy field in the room disappeared, and the loose door fell down, no longer blocking Tony and Pepper.

"Leo, Leo, wake up!" Tony rushed in first, looked at Leo who was still smoking, and went up to pat Leo's little face.

Pepper was still on the phone. Seeing Leo in such a miserable state, she covered her mouth and was about to cry.

Leo fainted for a while, then slowly came to mind. He opened his eyes and saw Tony pressing his chest hard, and Pepper talking on the phone.

Pepper's phone was connected. "Happy, contact the emergency center immediately. Someone is getting electrocuted here. It's serious. Hurry..."

"Wait, Sister Pepper, I don't have to go to the hospital!"

The sudden sound startled Tony, who was concentrating on performing CPR.

Pepper also opened her mouth wide and looked at Leo who got up in a daze.

"Sister Pepper, can you please order some food for me? Um, more food would be better. I'm very hungry now."

Tony also stood up and looked at the horrible room around him. The walls were all blackened by the high temperature, and the bed and bedside lamp looked like they had been burned by fire.

And those broken pieces of metal attracted Tony's attention.

The only metal in the room was the four tons of metal plates that had been moved in five days ago, but now they had all turned into these dull metal fragments.

This should all be Leo's fault, so what happened?

Pepper looked at Leo, who was badly burned, and said, "Are you sure? I think it's better to go to the hospital for a checkup!"

"No, Sister Pepper, I understand my situation. I want to eat!"

"Okay, Happy, no need to call an ambulance, right, but you might need to bring some food over here!"

"How much? Bring some fast food, like burgers, pizza, etc. Yes, bring more. As for the quantity, calculate it based on the quantity for ten people, oh no, twenty people. Yes, as soon as possible, thank you, Happy!"

Seeing Pepper hang up the phone, Leo felt very embarrassed. "Thank you, Sister Pepper. This was an accident. I didn't expect this to happen."

Tony tentatively touched Leo's cracked upper body.

"Your marks don't look like burns, they look more like branding. They weren't there when I tested them two days ago. What happened?"
