After three hours and forty minutes of high-altitude flight, they finally arrived at their destination. Leo couldn't help but feel excited as he looked at the dazzling neon lights below.
But when he looked at his own height of 1.25 meters, he became dejected again.
After getting off the plane, the three of them went straight to the hotel they had booked and put down their luggage. Jenny and George looked at the Sky Tower outside the floor-to-ceiling window and hugged each other tightly.
There are two rooms in a small suite. Leo lives in the inner one and has to pass through Uncle George's room to go out.
George glanced at the watch and lay down on the bed, "Leo, go to bed early!"
"Uncle George, it's only three in the afternoon?"
"Las Vegas is a city that never sleeps. It's busiest at night. At this time, many projects are not open!" George stretched lazily.
"I've made all the arrangements. We'll leave at six o'clock. After a delicious buffet, I'll take you to see the musical fountain!"
"There's also a pirate show, a volcanic eruption, and a roller coaster. Leo, go to bed!" Jenny gently pushed Leo into the suite. "This isn't like New York. You can't go out alone. This is known as Sin City!"
In the room, Leo took out the map that the hotel had prepared long ago, "Tony Stark shouldn't go to low-level casinos. There are seven top-level hotel casinos. Let me think about where he should come out!"
...
Two days later, George and his friends slept until midnight again in the morning, and the room service had already delivered breakfast, er, lunch.
Leo, who had gotten up early, had already finished his meal and was still looking at the photos on his phone, wondering at the entrances of the two hotels. "The decorations at the entrances of these two hotels are similar. They both have these fountains and statues. It would be embarrassing if I went to the wrong one!"
"Leo, why do you get up so early every day? Yesterday you even went to the entrances of several casinos to check out. Are you looking for something?" George asked while biting a cake in his mouth.
"Yeah, I heard Tony Stark is also in Las Vegas. I wanted to see him before, but I couldn't even get into his company. Maybe I can see him today!!"
"Why do you want to meet that playboy? We have nothing in common with that rich man!" said Aunt Jenny.
"It's okay, I just want to give him a model. I prepared it for him a long time ago!"
"Okay, but we can't delay too long. We have to catch a flight tomorrow at noon."
"Well, don't worry!!"
Leo selected a few photos and kept the last one, which was a photo of the New York Hotel in Las Vegas. "I heard there's a costume party there tonight!!"
At seven o'clock in the evening, Leo and his uncle and aunt arrived at the door of the New York Hotel. The fountain in the center, the human-shaped statues carved out of white marble around it, and most importantly, the blonde beauty reporter hiding aside, made Leo smile.
She strode towards the reporter and said, "Hello, reporter sister!"
Kristen Everhart looked at the child in front of her, then looked at her chest and realized that she didn't have her ID with her!
She squatted down and looked at Leo, "Hello, little brother, how did you know that your sister is a reporter?"
"Sister is so beautiful, I've remembered her since I saw her on TV!!"
Christine smiled at the little brother in front of her, "Why are you here alone? Where are your parents? It's very dangerous here. Go back quickly!"
Leo waved his hand and greeted Uncle George on the side of the road, "Sister, are you waiting for someone here?"
"This is a secret. You should go back quickly. This is not a place for children to play!" Christine looked at the manuscript in her hand.
Leo also smiled and stood silently behind Christine.
Christine didn't pay much attention to Leo, and concentrated on looking at the manuscript in her hand. She couldn't let Leo influence her on the news she had finally found out.
Leo was excited because he was about to meet the real Tony Stark, the Iron Man who was a mortal but on par with gods.
Time passed by minute by minute, and finally around eleven o'clock in the evening, when Jenny wanted to come up and pull Leo back, there was finally movement at the hotel entrance.
Tony Stark walked out wearing a sexy burgundy shirt with a black suit jacket, a pair of light red sunglasses, a slicked-back hair, and a small mustache.
Happy walked in front, followed by three tall bodyguards in suits, striding towards the black Rolls-Royce not far away.
Leo's eyes lit up and he gently nudged Christine, who was still looking at the information.
Kristen also reacted, hurriedly stuffed the information into her bag, and hurriedly followed in her high heels.
"Mr. Stark, excuse me, Mr. Stark!" Finally, he stopped Stark before he got in the car.
"I'm Kristen Everhart, a reporter for Vanity Fair. Can I ask you a few questions?"
Leo followed behind slowly, like a little follower.
Tony has no intention of turning back
Happy leaned forward and said, "That's pretty cool!!"
"Really?" Hearing this, Tony, who didn't want to pay attention, turned around with interest.
"Hi" Stark smiled.
"Hi," Kristen replied.
"Okay, let her come over!" Stark waved his hand, and the bodyguard let go.
Leo also followed in smoothly, and the little guy caught Tony Stark's attention.
As soon as Christine arrived in front of Stark, she hurriedly asked, "Some people call you the modern Da Vinci. What do you think about that?"
Stark turned his gaze from Leo to the reporter, looked at her beautiful face, and said with a smile, "It's inexplicable. I don't paint."
"And what do you think of the other nickname, 'Merchant of Death'?
Stark raised his chin slightly. "That's not bad. Let me guess, you're from Berkeley?"
"It's Brown University!"
"Well, Miss Brown!" Stark looked at Christine and said seriously, "This world isn't perfect, but we have no choice. I promise you, if the day comes when we no longer have to trade weapons for peace, I will build a children's hospital!"
The serious way of speaking made Leo beside him cover his mouth and laugh.
Kristen narrowed her eyes slightly, "You've practiced this a lot, right?"
"I practice in front of the mirror every day before going to bed." Stark answered without hesitation.
After hearing this, Leo's eyes narrowed with a smile, and Stark kept looking at Leo.
Christine replied, "I can see that!"
"I want to take you to see it with your own eyes!" Stark stared into her eyes seriously.
"Can you answer seriously?" Christine blushed.
"Okay, let me answer you seriously. My father has a philosophy of life: 'If you don't want to be bullied, use a stick bigger than you are.'"
"It is indeed true for the stick seller."
"My father helped defeat the terrorists and participated in the Manhattan Project. Many people, including your university professors, said about him... Wait, wait, is this kid who keeps smiling yours?" Stark said, but suddenly pointed at the smiling Leo.
Looking at Leo's raised lips, Stark said, "I've been putting up with you for a long time, kid! Is this really funny? Can't this interview be a bit professional?"
Christine then noticed that Leo, who had been following her, hurriedly said to Stark, "Mr. Stark, I don't know this kid. I don't know who he is!"
"Sorry, Mr. Stark, I came in with the reporters on purpose. I want to talk to you alone!" Leo looked up at Tony Stark with a smile.
Stark looked at Leo, and the people around him took a few steps back. Only Happy stayed beside him, closer to Leo than Stark.
"Mr. Stark, what I actually want to say is that people can only grow up after experiencing things. I'm sorry!" Leo looked at Stark who still had an arrogant look on his face.
"What?" Tony looked confused.
Leo pulled out an exquisite metal model from his pocket and handed it to Stark, "This is for you, Mr. Stark!"
Stark put his hands behind his back and took a step back. "Oh, I don't like people handing things to me!"
Happy reluctantly stepped forward and took the thing from Leo's hand, then handed it to Stark, and Tony took it.
"A small metal model for you. Goodbye, I believe we will meet again." Leo watched Stark take it, and after saying this, he hurried away and returned to Uncle George not far away.
Stark took a look at the metal model in his hand and was about to throw it into the car, but the exquisite shape and feel made him reluctant to throw it away.
Kristen came forward again, "Excuse me, can we continue?"
"Of course, go ahead!"
After thinking for a moment, he continued, "But many people say he's profiting from the national crisis!"
Tony took off his glasses and said seriously, "Tell me, why don't you report that we've saved millions of lives with advanced medical technology, or solved famine with smart crops? These are all funded by the military, dear!"
Christine was instantly attracted by Tony's serious look behind his glasses, and a special light flashed in her eyes.
Leo saw Christine get into Tony's luxury car. As he watched the car drive away, he silently said in his heart, "Looking forward to your return, Iron Man!"
