Jared Quinn had a smile in his eyes, "When Leon Rivers arrives, let him check if she's really pregnant."
He was quite certain it was almost a sure thing.

Leon Rivers hadn't bathed for a few days, as he'd been investigating the matters concerning Melody Thorne and Timmy. This time, he spent a full hour in the shower.
"Jared," said Leon Rivers, now refreshed in a change of clothes,
Upon seeing Melody Thorne, he immediately approached, "Sister-in-law, that time at the bar when you hit me like this and that, was it because you already knew about Timmy?"
He always felt it was rather unjust how Melody Thorne had hit him the last time.

"Right, right, sister-in-law was already too lenient. If I had known that woman was you, I wouldn't have dared to act," Leon Rivers laughed ingratiatingly, then his smile faltered, "If I had gone for another woman back then, Timmy might have been someone else's kid."
