Lu Jiu found it a bit strange that several doctors and nurses from hospitals had recently come to him for treatment.
They all acted very warmly, as if they had known him for a long time.
These people did have some minor ailments, but adjusting them wasn't complicated, although a complete cure was quite difficult.
Because almost all of them had occupational diseases, especially the nurses, their cold constitutions left Lu Jiu feeling quite helpless.
Lu Jiu understood the hospital environment—even if you're very healthy, after spending seven or eight years there, your body would accumulate a lot of cold and dampness.
Why?
Because aside from a few months of moderate weather, the air conditioning in hospitals almost never stops, and whenever there's an operation, the temperature in the operating room is extremely low.
