Liam Shaw stood beside Ethan Hayes, watching him make a phone call with eager eyes. After a while, Ethan silently put down the receiver.
"What's wrong?" Liam looked at him full of confusion and asked, "Did Vivian not answer?"
"Yeah." Ethan pressed his lips and nodded lightly, "No one's answering the phone, maybe she's still in class."
"Oh, then you can call her again after class." Liam thought for a moment, patted Ethan's shoulder to comfort him, and said, "We'll be going home now, and by the time you get home, Vivian should be out of class."
"Hmm..." Ethan responded curtly, lifting his pencil case and said to Liam, "Let's go."
"Ethan, Ethan, can I come over to your place today?" Liam walked energetically beside Ethan and said excitedly, "Now that the university admissions process is over, we can finally game freely!! Let's invite Vivian tonight to rank up with us! This season, I'm determined to reach the top rank!!"
