Ethan Hayes looked at her with frustration, "Are you serious???"
He initially thought she was joking when she said she was going to choose the prettiest vegetables, but when they started shopping, he realized she really was picking whichever looked nice.
Ethan watched as Vivian York's hand reached for a bunch of vegetables sprinkled with water; he quickly grabbed her arm, nervously asking, "What are you doing??"
"Buying vegetables," Vivian said with an innocent expression, "Look how fresh these look."
"Fresh? That's just ordinary vegetables sprayed with water to look good. It's a trick to increase weight," Ethan said, speechless. "See those with mud over there? Those are the freshly stocked ones, genuine fresh vegetables."
"Wow?? You can tell that!?" Vivian looked at him shocked, "Have you shopped for groceries before??"
"... It's common sense." Ethan smiled reluctantly at her.
