A moment later, Liam Shaw ran back to Ethan Hayes with a look that seemed like he'd seen a ghost and said, "Ethan, guess who I saw!"
"Who??" Ethan turned his head, gave him a casual glance, and said, "Could it be your dad and mom came together?"
"No!" Liam mechanically shook his head, his eyes fixed on Ethan and said, "Ethan, someone from your family actually came to your parent-teacher meeting!"
After hearing his words, Ethan was slightly stunned. The next second, he straightened up and asked Liam, "Who??"
"I saw..." Liam was about to speak when the classroom door suddenly opened from the inside. Their homeroom teacher stood at the door and loudly told the students in the hallway, "Come on, take your parents to the gymnasium for the pep rally. Hurry up, don't dawdle."
The students standing in the hallway immediately started moving, each one heading into the classroom.
