Qian Cun was beaten into a coma, unaware of what the police were saying, and was handcuffed, ready to be taken to the police station.

Tong Yan took a basin of water from the kitchen and splashed it directly on him, instantly waking him up.
She curled her lips, her voice icy, "Speak up, who exactly told you to do this?"
Qian Cun was still dazed and didn't know what was happening. For no reason at all, he got beaten up, and he felt a burning anger inside, but he dared not act out. He was just too scared; he couldn't possibly fight back.
It was terrifying.
