"Qiong Hai! What are you doing? Watching a show?" Director Chen yelled out directly.
"Sorry, Director, maybe I hit too hard." Qin Yun said apologetically.
Upon hearing this, Director Chen immediately glanced at Qiong Hai's face. There were no marks visible on his face, not as bad as the slap from earlier, but his state was visibly worse!
After taking a look, Director Chen became even more dissatisfied with Qiong Hai. The task for tonight was already heavy, and prolonging the schedule meant renting the location for another day, which would cost a substantial amount of money.
This would make the already tight budget of the production team even more strained.
There was no choice as Director Chen disliked bringing in investors' people, so everyone had to be selected themselves, resulting in quite a few artists with backing failing to join, and therefore the budget was less flexible than other crews.
Everything was done as economically as possible.
