Rotating Circular Slashes: Flying Blood Sickles
Gyutaro unleashed his attack aimed at Tengen, whom he developed a strong dislike of because of his carefree attitude.
But before the poisonous clutches of the demon's sickles grazed him, he was immediately snatched away by Giyuu. But he overshot and they smashed through a wall.
Tengen coughed, Giyuu waved off the dust away from them.
They crashed on a 6 story "entertainment" pagoda, where a current consumer was having fun with an escort.
"GYAAAAAA!"
"Fuck, you guys gotta get out of here!" Tengen said, coughing. Giyuu immediately looked away after seeing the two naked couple.
More sickles were launched towards them to which Giyuu swatted.
"Leave now!" Tengen said, shoving the two out of the room. "And tell everyone to evacuate as well!"
"Uzui-san." Giyuu called.
"Yeah?"
Giyuu stared from the distance as had a good vantage point of the city "I'm going to hurl you towards the citizens, please guide them to safety."
"Are you insane?! If you failed to stick the landing when you tackled me out of the way, how am i going to know that you're not going to throw me so hard, I end up as a bloody paste on the floor?!" Tengen asked, gripping his blades tightly.
"... I will toss you upward, not spiking you to the ground." Giyuu said. Tengen stared at him before pouting "That finisher better be worth it."
"How exactly do you want me to-"
Gyutaro climbed the pagoda and landed in front of them.
"I envy you... I envy your life so much, Uzui Tengen..!"
"... How long have you been fighting him before we regrouped?" Giyuu whispered. "About... Seven minutes." Tengen asnwered.
'You told them your life story upon seven minutes of meeting them..?' Giyuu looked at him with awe and confusion.
"... What?" Tengen asked before remembering Daki "The other demon!"
"There's no time! Protect the civillians!" Giyuu said, grabbing Tengen's stomach and lower back "Hey what do you- WOAH!" he hurled him to the distance.
Gyutaro's eyes on the price did not falter, but before he can leap and engage the Sound Pillar, Giyuu immediately grabbed his shoulders and pinned him to the ground.
"Let me GO!" Gyutaro used his mastery in manipulating his body but Giyuu kept catching and pinning him in place "What is wrong with you?!"
. . .
"On the road again, just can't wait to get on the road again..." Tanjiro hummed to himself, skipping happily. "I CAN SING BETTER THAN YOU!" Inosuke said before remembering that he doesn't know the lyrics, so he just started singing gibberish with the same tone as Tanjiro's song.
Shinobu simply watched the three from behind as they walk to the next destination, the village up north.
. . .
Tengen landed behind the panicking crowd, seeing Daki land on a roof. "I'll show you what I'm made of..!" she snarled before summoning her sash.
She sensed however, that her brother was currently incapacitated, an opening for Tengen to take advantage of.
"You're not gonna kick my ass with those half ass sashes!" Tengen yelled before leaping from building to building towards her.
"I killed 7 pillars before!" she snarled, throwing a punch to catch Tengen's blade from the side.
"That's hard to belie- Oof!"
She delivered a kick to his stomach but it was a glancing blow, tearing the fabric of his uniform.
"Fssss...
Sound Breathing: Fourth Form: Constant Resounding Slashes!"
Tengen spread his swords apart and spins them rapidly. It managed to cut off Daki's forearm but she was confident.
While his fourth form was a defensive move in general, it was also a good offensive attack to an enemy upon close range.
It doesn't cover attacks from directly below however.
One of Daki's sashes caught Tengen from below, slicing his calf before wrapping around it, cutting his attack short.
It pulled him down.
"Shit!" he cussed before slashing the pesky fabric away and freeing himself. His reflex saved him from Daki's claw swipe, where he managed to behead her in a swift counterattack.
But she was still alive and kept her head on the game.
"Why won't you just die already." Tengen asked in annoyance, he was trying to figure it out. 'His brother came from inside his body, so does that mean they have to die simultaneously..?'
A loud explosive sound rang as suddenly a very strong breeze blew towards their direction.
"What the..?" Tengen asked in confusion, blocking his face of any potential dust that might distract him.
As the dust settled, the demon quickly glanced to the pagoda's direction.
"B-Big brother!" Daki yelled.
Tengen watched in awe as the pagoda's half was destroyed, before remembering "Aww I didn't get to see it!"
"He... He killed my big brother..!" Daki kneeled, her will to fight was gone.
"I thought he was going to show me a flamboyant finisher!" Tengen stomped in anger.
The two looked at eachother. Tengen smiled reassuringly before crouching next to her. He reassuringly patted her shoulder and said "Say, wanna join your brother?"
Her eyes glowed with anger but Tengen was one step ahead, slicing her shoulders.
Giyuu worriedly grabbed on to a stable wood but thr pagoda was slowly but surely crashing down.
"TOMIOKA GIYUU!"
He heard his comrade call. Giyuu squinted his eyes and saw Tengen grinning, grabbing Daki by her head before hurling her towards him.
"You promised to give me a show!"
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-" the demon screamed.
'Did I?!' Giyuu panicked, but he just decided to get on with it.
The pagoda fell towards the flying Daki, lining up the perfect shot.
Giyuu just punched her.
The force however was strong enough to send the pagoda falling on the opposite direction of where it was supposed to.
Tengen saw a faint sonic boom upon impact as the strong breeze returned once more, he cheered loudly while covering his ears.
. . .
"Tomioka Giyuu... Hmm. I never heard of him." a villager said. Tanjiro looked dejected.
'Oh for crying out loud.' Shinobu rolled her eyes before intervening. "I believe the boy is talking about the angel." she said with a sweet smile.
"The angel?!"
"Angel?"
"Did someone say angel?"
"So that was his name." Kimura said to himself, before bowing "I apologize, but he hadn't visited us since the incident from the south."
Shinobu smiled, that night was somewhat bittersweet, but its been quite awhile. "Ahh, I see. T-Thank you for answering." Tanjiro bowed.
Inosuke looked at his own fists, wondering if he can somehow punch demons to death.
Zenitsu daydreamed about the fame he would have had if he had Giyuu's power "Ahh, there'd be so many women that I'd be forced to choose a bride!" he smiled dumbly to himself.
"I see. No wonder the angel doesn't want to be courted." Shinobu heard two old women gossip.
"He already has a family. And his wife is just as beautiful as he is."
Shinobu turned red before glaring at the two, startling them.
. . .
"Absolutely flamboyant, we have to keep finding you demons to destroy with such style!" Tengen said as they walked away from the devastated city.
"I will continue killing them until Kibutsuji Muzan faces me himself." Giyuu said with conviction.
"Oh, I'd like to see that." Tengen chuckled.
"Uzui-san, it would be dangerous for you to assi-"
"Assist? You won't need any, I'll be there just to watch! I might even bring my wives along for the flashy spectacle!"
Giyuu looked at him with confusion, wondering why he'd risk endangering his wives just to watch Giyuu kill the demon king.
"Say, were you always this strong, Tomioka-san?"
It was the question he didn't want to hear.
"No." he said, wondering how he can tell the story without laying the fact that he broke his sword.
"I... Forgot my sword when I went to the village north of my patrol route to buy meat. It got attacked by two demons and... I punched them." here he is again, lying. He is slowly getting better at it but it doesn't get easier for his conscience.
"Oh, so that's what happened. You gotta find out the source of that power. And make sure to keep it a secret." Tengen said, remembering that the only casualty was the old lady from Safe Haven Inn, who was ironically killed by a serial killer.
"Because once the demons are gone, its not like everyone that's left in this world are saints either."
Giyuu thought about it. 'I never thought of it that way.'
"But of course, you better not cut me out of that secret, Tomioka-san." Tengen heartily laughed.
. . .
"AACK! INSECT PILLAR KOCHOU SHINOBU, EMERGENCY!"
Shinobu glanced at the crow on high alert "That's Urara!" (Mitsuri's crow)
"Eh? What emergency could it be?" Zenitsu wondered.
"KIBUTSUJI MUZAN APPEARED ON UBUYASHIKI ESTATE!"
Shinobu's eyes widened, along with the three boys. She immediately dashed towards the direction.
The three however, were filled with dread. Motionless and silent. But Tanjiro was the first to shake it off.
"Come on, guys! Master Ubuyashiki needs us!"
"... Are we even strong enough to even scratch him..?" Zenitsu asked in a quiet whisper, beyond scared.
"Its our duty to try! Inosuke, come on!" Tanjiro said.
Inosuke shook his head and fear off before screaming "YEAAAAH! I WILL PUNCH HIM WITH MY BEAST FISTS!"
. . .
"Ubuyashiki Kagaya. 97th leader, was it?"
Kagaya simply stared at him, stone faced. Every fiber of him wants to tremble but his mental strength and dignity won't give that man the pleasure of seeing him cower in his presence.

"As you can see, my Upper Moons are dropping like flies. And your organization is the only one foolish enough to defy me."
The 7 Hashiras that arrived then halted by the immense pressure of his presence.
"It doesn't seem like the one I was looking for was one of you." Muzan said, putting a finger on his chin condescendingly.
The Pillars drew their swords, ready for war.
Muzan frowned however as he saw three demon slayers arriving. The blond one was comically shaking in fear. He remembered Tanjiro by his earrings.
"WE FINALLY MEET, MITSUBISHI KAZAN!" some guy guy with the two jagged swords wearing a boar mask yelled at him.
Muzan looked at Inosuke, dumbfounded. It caught him off guard, so he can only reply a small, confused "... What?"
. . .
"Come on! Just one wouldn't hurt!" Tengen grinned, shoving a cup of sake to Giyuu.
"It would be very irresponsible to-"
"Don't worry about it, you can just punch any demon away if one shows up!"
"T-Tomioka-sama!" the server bowed his head.
Giyuu and Tengen looked at him with confusion "You know him?" Tengen asked.
Giyuu slowly shook his head, unsure.
"I am a member of the Yama group! We followed your example to be a model citizen!" the young man saluted.
'Well that was quick...' Giyuu notes. He only fought them... 13 hours ago and their members already found jobs.
"Haha! Well would you look at that, a fan!" Tengen chuckled "If that's the case then these should be on the house, right?"
The former yakuza group frowned and raised an eyebrow "But sir, that would be unreasonable-"
"You wouldn't want to disappoint Tomioka-sama now do you?" Tengen grinned. "Y-Yes sir!"
"Stop it, Uzui-san. I'll pay. I don't get to spend my salary anyway..." Giyuu snapped, making his colleague laugh.
Giyuu stared at his cup, holding it close, taking a sip as if its a tea.
"Hey, we'll be here all until sunrise if you're that slow. You, come drink with us and show Tomioka-sama how its done." Tengen commands.
"Y-Yes!"
"I'll only drink one cup." Giyuu says.
It turned out to be a lie.
. . .
Unprepared, Kagaya somewhat blamed himself for putting all his faith in Giyuu. It turns out he failed to find Muzan on his own and that Doma deceived him, now there is no telling of what will happen next.
"Should I start by killing you off just to make it even?" Muzan suggests.
The Pillars were itching to charge but Muzan is standing next to Kagaya that its basically a hostage situation.
"Leave the master alone, you scum." Sanemi snarled.
"Five Upper Moon demons are killed in just 1 week. I would like to meet this warrior of yours that is capable of doing that. Is it that too much to ask for?" Muzan replied.
"He's looking for you. But it seems like Upper Moon 2 had led him to nowhere." Kagaya said.
Muzan stared at him in amusement "If he really thinks he can access my fortress on his own, then he's an idiot. And if that's the case, I'll make it easier for him and show myself to him instead. Now, where is he?"
"No one knows just yet!" Shinobu yelled, causing everyone to look at her. "He disappeared trying to look for you without telling everyone his whereabouts ever since Upper Moon 2 died."
Muzan went silent, before humming to himself "I suppose if you can return him here, that would be nice. Consider yourselves spared, for now."
Vanishing, along with the tension he brought.
Everyone sighed in relief.
While they are more than ready to fight, they can't risk Kagaya's safety by making rash decisions.
"I thought Tomioka was already on his tail..?" Obanai asked, breaking the ice.
"He shouldn't have trusted that demon." Gyomei wept.
'I hope my crow finds him in time.' Shinobu grimly thought.
"WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU TWO?! I WANTED TO PUNCH HIM!"
"AND GET US ALL KILLED?" Zentsu roared.
The sun has started to rise.
. . .
"TIME AND AGAIN, I'M A FOOL, I'M NOT GOOD AT ALL!" the three of them are singing, bottles of sake piled on the side.
"I'm in love, so in love, SO IN LOVE WITH YOUUUU!
KNOWING I CAN'T
DRINK IT OFF, I'LL STILL RECALL!
All the memories...
That will never die...
Baka mitai!"
The three stared at eachother after that horrible horrible singing before laughing at eachother.
"You guys suck so much at singing!" Tengen boasted. "Last time I sang was when I was a kid." Giyuu playfully waved him off.
"Hey I'll have you know, I was a prized singer in my hometown!" the ex yakuza member said.
The tavern won't be open for another four hours because everyone outside is gossiping and investigating the destruction on the Red Light District.
"Hey, Tomioka-san. We better take our leave and report it to the master." Tengen tapped him before standing up.
"But I don't wanna go back..!" Giyuu said, opening his wallet and spilling everything in it on the the table.
The coins clanging everywhere immediately made the ex yakuza cold sober "Tomioka-sama! This is too much!"
"Take it all! I don't got alot to spend on anyways, you need it more than m-" Giyuu hiccupped before standing up.
'The whole world is spinning..?'
"Woah, are you alright?" Tengen asked.
'Why is he alright..? What's happening?! This didn't happen when I ate with Rengoku-san...' he then facepalmed after realizing he drank more than what he's used to.
"Aren't you gonna help him?"
"I would but this is so funny!" Tengen chuckled seeing Giyuu faceplant on the floor and denting the floorboard, causing a large bang "Tomioka-sama!"
"Ahh he'll be fine, he's a tough boy." Tengen waved him off dismissively.
"Get up! Lets give Tamura-kun over here time to clean up and rest, come on." Tengen said, probing Giyuu's shoulder with his foot.
"Concentration breathing!" Giyuu declared despite not using it. "Ahaha!
You better join us the next Pillar hang outs!" Tengen said lifting him up by his haori.
"But... Iguro-san and Shinazugawa-san hates me."
"Oh they won't after seeing you drunk! Hell, I wish you're always drunk!" Tengen laughed, assisting him out of the tavern.
"Visit us again, Tomioka-sama and Uzui-sama!" Tamura waved.
"That would be dangerous... Am I that boring?" Giyuu asked, waving at the ex yakuza bartender half heartedly.
"Well yeah! But if you open your mouth some more, even you can be flamboyant!" Tengen encouraged with a grin.
Giyuu thought about it and smiled.
"Uzui-san."
"Hm?"
"How come you're not as intoxicated as I am..?"
"What a dumb question!"
