Pang Xiao was not fond of Pang Zhi's rogue-like demeanor and felt he resembled a small-time hoodlum. He frowned and reprimanded him in a low voice, "Stop babbling nonsense here! If you have something to say, say it inside!"
When Pang Zhi heard the first part of this statement, his expression immediately turned forlorn. He looked at Pang Xiao like a fool, almost as if the words "Are you stupid?" were written on his face. But when Pang Xiao finished his sentence, he suddenly broke into a smile, playfully making faces before obediently leading Pang Xiao back to his place.
Pang Xiao found his movements too slow and feared his body wouldn't withstand a prolonged walk. So, he simply hoisted him over his shoulder and carried him back to the room, nearly scaring Pang Zhi out of his wits. By the time they returned, and Pang Xiao set him down, Pang Zhi's face was pale, his eyes full of accusation: "Bro, I mean, you're my own brother. Is this how you treat your brother?"
