They were not yet aware of the events happening in the two Dwarf Star Systems of the Large and Small Magellanic Clouds, and were still discussing whether the several hundred million "Soldier Kings" led by Commander Acotina could annihilate the scattered forces of the Perpetual Motion Race in the Large Magellanic Cloud.
If successful, they could then proceed to deploy forces to the Small Magellanic Cloud to eradicate the Perpetual Motion Race.
