Simon Forrester smirked as he tried to smooth things over: "I bet my grandpa has already picked out names for both a boy and a girl; we can just ask him for them later. It's no trouble, really!"
Melinda Linton gently persuaded Quentin Thorne: "Yes, Quentin, let the kids make their own decisions about their matters. We've given our suggestions, so let's just go with the flow."
Quentin Thorne paused for a moment, then smiled gently at her: "Alright, I'll do whatever you say."
As Sienna Thornton put down her soup spoon, she chuckled, "Aren't you two a bit old to be feeding us dog food?"
Melinda Linton asked, "What's 'feeding dog food' supposed to mean?"
Quentin Thorne turned his head to smile at her again: "It means showing off our love and making them jealous!"
Melinda Linton blushed and softly pushed him away: "You're so improper."
Quentin Thorne laughed heartily and raised his glass to clink with Simon Forrester's.
