Simon Forrester laughed, "You don't like expensive gifts, you have opinions on cheap ones, why are you so hard to please?"
Sienna Thornton gave him a playful glance, teasingly, "If you think I'm hard to please, then you shouldn't like me."
"Alright."
Sienna was still looking at the documents when she suddenly heard this unusually serious voice, which made her heart skip a beat, she raised her head to look at Simon.
She saw him staring at her with a serious expression.
She panicked, quickly stood up, moved to his side, sat on his lap, hugged his neck, and whispered, "I was joking, are you serious?"
Simon looked at her without any expression on his face.
She looked at him, equally surprised.
Although she hadn't dated before, she'd heard that when men lose interest in women but don't want to break up immediately, they often unconsciously or jokingly reveal signals that they're about to leave.
